A year and a half later, this is still one of those perfect marathon runs that I can't help but want to rewatch. Good explanations and rapport between commentators, interesting strats, enough things going wrong to lighten the mood(and not nearly enough to get uncomfortable), an audience that's into it, and a fantastic game and runner as the foundation.
I love how this dude keeps the game fun by constantly making jokes and witty remarks. Too many speedrunners just say nothing leaving this awkward atmosphere in the air.

Yeah, I've sandboxed in this game for 500+ hours, doing and discovering every possible thing, and I still didn't know you could kill them by destroying the ceiling.
Having just done a full SA run of the full game for the first time in many, many years and having all the levels fresh in my mind, my mouth was agape like 80 times this video.
I've been a huge fan of the series since the very beginning. Played over 1k hours on 2 - SA and BM was my childhood. Absolution and the new one are sweet as well but nothing beats the classics. Thank you for entertaining. I'd die to be there when it was live. Cheers
I really like how enemies in Hitman Blood Money, spot you and runs all the way to your location with not a single witness in sight, just to tell you "Don't do that" and you get a free kill. Lol.

Interesting run. Some of those things wouldn't happen on my copy of the game though. Like targets etc keep watching where the coin is thrown, they don't pay any attention to it at all if they see you throw it in my copy. Many other things too. Very weird.
Oh, then sorry was just my impression because it was at the same situation in the game. I dont care about the conflict at all. Thought it was just a little joke☺
This is such a great game brings back so many memories watching this vid, the new hitman game doesnt stand a chanse compared to blood money, imo. Thanks for the upload :)
I am so glad, that IO-Interective really tried hard to make new HITMAN pleasing to any true hitman fan. But i still miss Jesper Kyd's monumental music, which is enjoying enough without playing the game and i also miss that serious killer's atmosphere, like when you kill a target in Blood Money this orchestra replaces total silence and you are starting to feel like spme kind of Satan's soldier, that was epic. New Hitman is just Bond's and Mission Impossible rip-off, i don't really like it.
I want to know why i cant make it down to the plane via the ledge. The game literally blocks me at one little section. Nobody has been able to answer this.
@@nially85 go into settings and you’ll find a setting called “vertical sync” which syncs the game’s frame rate with its refresh rate. You want to make sure it’s turned on because if it’s off, you will get stuck on the ledge.
while i respect what you have done here, i feel like i ned to say that the hitman series is the only game series where i do not agree with the speedrun aspect OR the rules of a speedrun. the whole point is to be a well balanced assassin. the best in the world. but still. kudos for the achievement.
Hello, TheKotti. I wonder if you ever tried to speedrun (or playthrough) HMBM or other games in series as FP game? AFAIK, noone tried that. Maybe there are reasons for that... Sorry, if it is FAQ.
