    For those that have trained extensively, this is the most impressive 4:52 Squatting 440Lb like the bar is empty. I have never seen anything that impressive!

      cm I wouldn’t say stronger. Toshiki is a lot better at squatting for example and probably has more upper body strength as well but Clarence is a lot more explosive and his numbers are a good bit higher in the two Olympic lifts
