Akram MLT yea it rly does, Clarence lifts about the same as this guy, but this guys shorter and bigger haha it’s crazy right, but what’s weird to me is that this guys legs are obviously significantly stronger than Clarence’s, I know Clarence did 306 raw, went deeper than this guy, and paused, and this guy obviously has shorter ROM, but still, how tf is this man only snatching 185 when he’s squatting fucking over 50kg more than Clarence haha

    • @techyb8614

There is more to becoming a champion weightlifter than just having a big powerlifting type squat. He needs to develop more precision in his lifts. His leg strength and speed is already on par with Lasha's, but his technique is all over the place.

Some of these athletes have crazy numbers on the squat but their Olympic lifts are below their competitors. Apart from the squat, the rest of the strength and conditioning exercises were performed with poor form. And putting 300+kg on that squat rack and having someone unrack it and squat it is asking for an accident. Someone's gonna trip.
