Ok so the food return is only ok if you find out that you asked for medium rare and they gave you well done. It’s simply not what you asked for and should refund you. Or exchange it for the thing you asked for. But you don’t eat the whole thing and then request a refund

I worked at a Little Cesar's back in the early 1990s. We never sold single pizzas then, it was always 2 or more. If there was an issue with the pizza, you could bring it back and get a full refund. You would not believe the amount of people who would eat both pizzas and then demand a full refund because "it didn't taste good." There were so many blow ups over this. It happened at least twice a week.
The city should put up a fence along the pond side so people can distinguish were property lines are,the guy won’t like that if he loses the acces to the pond lol.

The elevator thing at 17:00 lol they surely can call the fire department for you and the fire department will wait for the elevator technician in most cases. Unless there is immediate danger, the fire department will not evacuate you from an elevator. Elevator shafts are very very dangerous. The last place you want to be when an elevator is malfunctioning is in between the elevator and the floor. inside the elevator is very safe outside The elevator is very safe in between not so much.
The area they are, you WILL be charged for the call and Fined....it is a violation of safety laws. This placed has received a LOT of fines for this same thing. It is a Building Safety Code violation. Not calling the Fire Department may cost you the building plus lots more money and possible jail time.
Truck driver lady is 100% correct and maybe, just maybe, he will remember this incident and not try to off himself in such a way again. Depending on the speed, it takes a bit to stop a rig. Same for trains. They are going a LOT faster than they appear to be going and can take multiple football fields worth of room to stop.

If it is a Private Business, if depends NOT on the speed, but manner.....dangerous driving is one of the few things they can get you for (and parking in a Handicapped spot). That said, on a person's Private Property there is NO speed limit. I know several who have created racing tracks on their land.
