I'm really impressed by all the features added to this version of Mixcraft. Everything works very smoothly now, so far I have had no problems with my plugins and the additions are more than welcome. I decided to update to support the developers and I find myself with a very capable DAW. Well done Acoustica.
Man i'm just amazed with ya'll. With the addage with AI Stem Separation Tool is fire 🔥. Plus the newer features added is just mind blowing, This has got to be the best update of Mixcraft 10 period.

UPDATE! I just purchased Mixcraft 10.5 Recording Studio and I love it, been using Mixcraft since Version 5, now I can create awesome podcast shows and take the shows to the very next level, love this program.. :)

Mixcraft is no longer the little kid on block. I've always loved the intuitive tools that make it quick to record my musical ideals. I also own Presonus One 6 Pro and FL 21. But I still use my M10Pro about 80% of the time.

shoot, i was already tempted to upgrade from 9 for the other new features alone - but the AI stem separation turned that itch into a downright necessity. really impressive stuff in this version!

@@reinsphoenix I'm a Mac guy who uses Logic for recording but I have a PC laptop with Mixcraft that I use for a Live Keyboard rig since I can make stacked virtual instrument presets for cover band shows.

Oh...and that auto-save function...very welcome too!, although the best part is that Mixcraft hasn't crashed on my system in a long time.

mixcaft 10 there is a problem with you installion.ensure you are connected to the internet and that mixcraft is not filewlled.
Did you fix the metronome?
My 1# problem with mixcraft was that it's not effective when you create a vocal bus then add plugins. Once routing to few or more tracks the voc has no power. To get the punch in vocals what I had to do was re apply the same plugins on all vocals track through and through which caused CPU usage to overload the computer. I am a mixcraft fan. I hope they correct this prob.

I have a question, for audio and video editing. When I start splitting the video clip in to a rhymic context with my song, mixcraft crashes everytime! Do you have any workarounds that could lower the load on my pc ( it crashes on my gaming desktop and laptop only if video editing).
You must be asking why i am trying to all the video editing on a song. I'm just trying to make one of those old ytpmv videos.
That could only be investigated and resolved by working with Support acoustica.kayako.com/conversation/new . We would have to look at your logs and get additional information, and that can't be done in RUclips comments.
Hi Im wondering if this update has any updates to the Color changer for the whole DAW? as I'm not into Brown/Grey look, the rest feature updates are great, just the Color scheme doesn't work for me id buy the Pro version If I Custom Color it or if if it had A Blueish Theme on offer Thanks!

@@armstronglance yeah i guess it takes a little bit for the update to actually show up i shut mixcraft down and restared it and it just showed up for me
This did not work for me. I purchased 10 Pro when it came out but when I went to finalize the update it just now, Mixcraft said that it couldn't find Mixcraft. So I went out, downloaded v10.5 build 596, and the stem features are not even an option. If I go to Help/About, it says I'm on Mixcraft 10.5 Pro Studio Build 596, and it is registered to me, but there are no stem options. I was pretty excited about it but it's not even an option and nothing I do works.
Please contact Support. It sounds like you’ve gone through all the correct steps, but the stem sep components did not download. Support will want to check with you about your logs and verify files, but they’ll be able to get you up and running with all of 10.5 Pro Studio. I appreciate the response. However, there is nothing in Preferences-Account regarding stem separation as an option to check in the update list. From there, I tried resyncing as well as 'check for update' and it just replies 'Your version is up to date!'
As a test, I tried reinstalling 10.5 build 596 again, but the only option I have for updates is 1)Built-in drum maps and 2)Controller scripts.
So either
1)b596 is not a good installation to use or 2)it thinks I don't have the Pro version, even though it says I am on Pro at the very top as well as in Help-About, or
3) since I was able to tell it to update the stem separation tools when I was on 10.1, and it attempted to do so but failed because it couldn't 'find Mixcraft 10', it might think I already installed them and installing b596 over top has ruined any chance I have of downloading them.

Thanks again for the suggestions. FYI, I did contact support yesterday and the response from Acoustica was unbelievably fast! In less than 24 hours I have already exchanged 3 emails about the situation. It isn't fixed yet, but I was told I'm not the only person it happened to and they are continuing to look into it. So, huge kudos to Acoustica Support for the quick response and the care itself...it really means a lot!
Please beat everybody else make the stem separation. Up to 18 instruments.

You should be able to update within the app using the Update button (restart will be required)
Why is my "Discount" timed? after that date do I have to buy mixcraft 10.5 at full price? that's not fair, why is suddenly it timed? it wasn't timed before?
Context: I have mixcraft 9 pro studio, additional context: I didn't upgrade yet because I'm poor, and so I can't just fork out a lot of money in order to get the upgraded version, I had mixcraft 8 home studio, eventually saved up to upgrade to mixcraft 9, then I saved to upgrade to pro studio 9, and now I want to save for mixcraft 10.5 pro studio, but my offer is timed, so I can't really save if it's not something that I can use "later"

Been on mixcract for a cool minute. Peep my music if yall wanna hear what I'm doin wit rap genre on it.
But the loops & sounds in Mixcraft are compressed! Utterly shameful. And Acoustica doesn't bother to tell you. Evil.
Imagine making a hit song not knowing it was all done in Ogg Vorbis format but then saving it in WAV format not knowing it's been done in what is not much better than shitty MP3 < remember that garbage? Damn!
