This (for me) is a game changer. This feature allows me to now use the music I create on my keyboards that have the ability to record/mix down to audio within MixCraft with much more flexibility. I can now take full backing tracks created on them and import dry audio files into MixCraft to be separated into stems and properly mixed/mastered using the DAW. Freakin awesome because some of my keyboards have amazing sounds, and I can now easily integrate two different recording platforms. Big thanks to the dev team for this one 👍🏾.
Just converted a stem to midi which allows you to change instruments, jaw dropping moment for me.

it sounds a little weird when its all separated like this, but when you listen it all put together... Lol. The point is for each stem to sound good.
You can still add effects indivitually. Still saves a lot of time imo. There are still better AI services though more expensive.

Hi! But how are the results with no effect on the clip? Maybe if we have the original without effects (dry one), the difference would be less noticeable. Still sounds great!!!
I just bought pro, based on the AI separation. Unfortunately the modules I need don't download. So I can't use this interesting feature... I've looked on your forums, and I am not alone. So was wondering, if there is fix to get my mixcraft to see and download what I need? Or am I waiting on a patch?

I just bought the daw but didn’t know this function its like AI separation am i right, i did use AI audio on line to do the job So that's no longer necessary?
seems not to work for me. I just got 10.5 pro but there is no option for stem seperation on the audio files I tried.
Is there some limitation I´m not aware of?

@@gyoritubuslaszlo9855 Oh wait, seems like MX10 didn´t fully install. If you have the update button on the right upper corner in Mixcraft, use it. If you don´t try forcing the update in the help menu. If that doesn´t work try googling "Mixcraft Forum Stem not working" from March 2024 and follow the deletion of the install protocoll. Good luck.
Im a reaper user mainly but do have version 9 recording studio updatimg to 10 pro with upgrade price of 79usd is tempting. Is there a video of all added new features?

I have 10.5 but I don't see the stem separation option when I right click the file.

Sounds like some of these tracks are on a warped cassette when separated

This is a very handy feature especially with the C.A.I. (Computer Aided Intelligence ) (A.I.)Tracks one could get the stems from.
At the moment I am waiting for the DAW Color change update before I jump in and buy the Pro version I cant work in the current DAW Grey/Brown environment, Im waiting for a Blue Theme Release Or the ability to Custom Color Like Mu tools or Reaper Im happy with every thing else In this DAW in the mean time Ill use Zenbeats It has Blue Theme But it lacks the full Midi Learn capabilities that Mixcraft has so I cant use My big 43 inch Touch Screen to its fullest abilities (Like on Star Trek) oh well Ill just have to wait.

I feel like the free Audacity stem separation version does a better job or at the very least, just as good.

it’s not good for vocals but this is a new thing for every dawg give it 5-10 years you can separate stems with out artifacts
so let’s say you tryna sample michael jackson’s human nature you can separate those stems and same the instrument you only want to sample?
