- Custom door panels for the track car are now in! It was a bit of a process to figure out how I wanted them to look, but they have come out amazingly well. If anyone else is looking to make some panels or their cars, this was a relatively simple process to follow and made life very very easy.

oh man I love this. What a unique video exactly what I'm looking for. I'd love to do something like this, but with aluminum... retaining the window controls would be nice, and I'd like to sound deaden the back of the card since this is also my "daily" driver (my only car). I figure it would go along the same principles though... saved. Thanks!
Thanks mate. What you want to do wouldn’t be hard job. Just follow the same idea and add in the other things you need. Depending on the thickness of the aluminium, you could use a pair of snips to cut it, which would make the job pretty easy.
I’m just about to start a build for my son, your videos have been amazing for me to see a way to strip the car and get it ready for the speedway. Thank you heaps.
No problems at all! They are awesome little cars to work on, extremely easy. I’m so glad the videos could help :)
looks great mate! All the extra effort on the little things will be worth it in the end !!!!
Thanks mate, i feel like if i am going to do it, I should do it right from the start. Make life easier down the road haha
Nice old mate!
Love it, subscribed
It will look nice when the roll cage is in
Where did you get your material?
Can you put a link to the clips you feed the door pull through?

Pretty sure I got the 50mm x 25mm option. The 38x25 may also work too :)
Do u make some for a 1994 honda accord coupe lx
Unfortunately not. I did this for my particular model of car, but you could easily do this yourself at home if you had a bit of time and the right tools and gear to make it happen.
Mitch, if you don't mind my asking, how much did the composite panelling set you back for the door trims?
Brown Davis have Aluminium Door Trims for $145 and they look pretty slick too, imo. They have all kinds of race car additions, have a look at what they stock.

Narayana Cooper Its $38 a piece from Bunnings. Still have a bunch left over that can be used for other parts of the build as well. www.bunnings.com.au/aligloss-white-black-composite-panel-1220mm-x-810mm-x-3mm_p0390205
