@@pedalempire3191 indeed they both are fantastic sounding pedals but different the Carbon certainly has that “something” hard to justify another $200 bucks but hey thats the life of us 🎸 tone hounds 😆
I prefer the Carbon over the Morning Glory. The Carbon has this amazing top end clarity that has me reaching for it every time. Better yet the Protein adds an amazing 2nd overdrive in 1 pedal. I run my lightspeed or Timmy after the Protein and I can’t imagine needing anything else even though I will continue to buy and buy some more. It’s a sickness…
It may be a little bit noisy if the gain is all the way up but thats the same as all dirt pedals. Most 'noise' comes from inadequate powering or power supplies with a daisy chain not from the. actual pedal.
Thanks guys!! We appreciate the love!
Our pleasure!
Watched this before, but its now on order and this demo is the reason why
tabs and tuning? sounds amazing!
Great Demo very helpful thx🎸 im deciding whether to stick with my Lightspeed or go with the Carbon or Morning glory
Have a look at the Fairfield barbershop OD as well. Seriously great
@@jjcroy7865 thx for the suggestion I will chk it out 🎸😀

Man I really can't decide between this and the keeley super phat mod. The only thing that's certain is I'm after a breaker style OD.
Yeah they are both great!
The phat mod is a blues driver style not a breaker style! But as an owner of the keeley I will say I really like it
hi mr empire new subscriber here, i read that this pedal works well with other drive pedals, what's your experience with that statement ?
Yes they can stack with other drives really well. Either going into or receiving they work well and cope with most
@@pedalempire3191 thanks for the reply, helps alot
Hi Can you tell me if it's a noisy pedal ?

Sounds really nice, but why no bridge pickup use on its own? A bridge position P90 with a nice overdrive is one of the best guitar sounds around 😭

Do you know which pickups are in your JM style guitar? Thanks.
They are Suhr S90 Pickups. They are the standard for this Suhr JM Pro
