That's excellent. In the first 6 min it shows us that we need to take an objective stance within our body, which means observing, because then we are not only aware of what the person out there is wanting, we can also see where it leads, and therefore we have a larger view of the whole reality in which we are now able to make more appropriate decisions. For example, if one allows one's self to be sucked into a feeling like if it's romantic love, and our body and emotions are just magnetized...but if we step away to observe the entire thing proceeding, from an objective view, we can then see whether this situation is leading to not a good outcome, and therefore we can step away before it gets all caught up into the tangles. So yea. Staying free of the mire.
Where does love stand ? Does one simply not allow the natural flow of it, whatever the outcome ? I know for one, no one controls the (falling) in nor falling out of love, true love simply happens, if one is free enough to let it be as free as he.💙
@@oneom8158 What I notice is that love is everywhere. When you choose to be with someone, it's your heart or love that chooses it. It chooses it for them and you. And when you're with that one, there will be all sorts of snags here and there, and that's when you are suppose to look from the higher view, the objective, and see that we are all in this world under these circumstances and we all have difficulties and make mistakes, so when the being is obviously showing they are hurting you from the mind-virus, then you just let it go, and that's love. Sometimes you will want to talk to them about something, and if they can handle it, you do. But if they can't, then you'll have to keep it to yourself until you can find someone else to share with or find a resolution within yourself. That's love. Love is not just a feeling. It is a state. Hope that helps, lol, because these are very complex subjects to express in words.
@@Belialith You have clearly seen many scenery of love, its intoxicating and overwhelming high and its sad and dropping lows, to put it simply, but as you so well mentioned, love is everywhere, permeates everyone, knows no high, no lows, unlike, we, as I. These words, being lovingly shared with you, reminds us all, love is finally all there truly is, worth taking a bow. On this, I bow to your love precious Belialith. 💙
Yeah, recently, it happened, and I stayed in my body, grounded it was difficult but I knew the feelings were causing loads of overthinking and it was not really a healthy situation.
@@Baker-f4s Me too. I'm so glad I found Paul Hedderman's work, because I've been using this on MY self, as much as I can! Haha...yea. The negative false persona, which somehow seems to have been attached to us and just took over, and pretends to be us, and so convincingly that if we don't look at it, it will take us down the low road ... to hell. So I've been looking at this and struggling to find a solution, because I didn't know what it was that was going on in my life. I read the Carlos Castaneda books and found from Endall Beall, in his books, that the Nagual and the Tonal are both from them, the dark side, and they take us over, and we think this is us? Well, I realized a couple years ago that there was the Nagual in me who was really messing up my life. So I pulled away, and that was the beginning of my freedom, like Genaro I think it was, said that this is when you begin to really live and yet you are very vulnerable and shy. True. So finally I found Paul's work and it coincided with something I read in the Nag Hammadi Library what the Savior said... that the two negatives can be obliterated because them two together make a positive, and in this case, the negative false personality is denied, and suddenly I find my True Self again. And of course it takes work, a lot of work, because that negative just wants to stay stuck on me and live my life, and there are so many cunning things that it does, so I have to really stay aware in order to eventually obliterate it. It is NOT me...hmhmhm, as John Lamb Lash said in his book "NOT in His Image." So all those emotions that flood through me, I finally realized, it was NOT me. And when I stood up and flushed it out, suddenly I would feel this sorrow? Sorrow? For what? So that's when I knew it was a war going on inside me and they were always trying to keep the negative emotions happening because, like Don Juan said, they sqeeeeeeze us and suck all that negative energy out when we unknowingly think this is us and therefore allow it and entertain them, like as in entertaining 'angels' (fallen ones) unawares.
Deepak has a new book 'Digital Dharma' mostly about how to prompt AI chatbots to help transcend consciousness and achieve well-being. It was pretty interesting 👊😁

Eckhart Tolle, and many others in the nonduality community have had the same or similar experiences.
Thanks to Mark for sharing about anxiety at work that really helped me interesting thanks.
I think I'm imagining that what I'm imagining is happening outside of my imagination.
Thanks Paul from England.
I love your reply from 44.30min.

Q: Can non-duality be programmed into a TESLA-bot so that the bot can then riff via AI on ´THE LAST ANSWER´ at infinitum ?
The Tesla bot radiates a Buddha field and you always have satsang going in at your house. I think it’s a cool idea
It was not meant seriously...But I liked the dystopian vibe about it 😁

You are not that.
