Modern Vegas Dining - Alexxa's @ The Paris Hotel! GoBigOrGoHome Eats

Welcome to Alexxa’s, located on Las Vegas Boulevard at the Paris Hotel. Here they serve a variety of modern cuisine.
For starters, we ordered some bread, along with the Balloon Bread with Hummus, which was a truly unique dish. Following this, we had a few fish-based entrees. Here, we have the Surf and Turf, which was an 8 oz filet along with a chicken fried lobster. We then tried out the Pan Seared Salmon with black lentils, and then the seared halibut.
For some other mains, we also had the pappardelle pomodoro, along with a salad. Of course, no meal is complete without dessert. We ordered the signature 25-layer chocolate cake, which was on the larger side, but also delicious. And since one dessert is not enough, we also got the cheesecake along with a creme brule.
