Doctor here(radiologist) , yes MRI (in your case you must've had a MRI spine screening for the back pain) it can detect metastasis to vertebrae( which is advanced stage of cancer ,i.e stage IV) but an early (stage I/II) CA breast needs a special type of MRI ie contrast enhanced dynamic breast MRI which is a different technique (focused on breast tissue only) and is very good to detect special types of CA like lobular infiltrative CA / intraductal CA which are hard to detect on other modalities like ultrasound. May Allah heal you!
One thing I would like to say is always advocate for your health. Please, if you have a doubt get it checked and don’t accept an answer you are unhappy with. Our bodies are given by Allah and our is our duty to take care of it. Take care of yourselves ❤

So yes there is a correlation between MRI spine or other parts of body with any type of cancer that has been spread. Also back pain is such a vague symptom it can be due to millions of reason, suspecting breast cancer just because of back pain and then making the patient go through alot of investigations is not advised. Because in some countries there is no health insurance so patient themselves pay for all these investigations.

I'm not sure if you will read my comment. But since the death of my sister ive been very upset and that triggered a sense of pondering over my life and life as a whole. The life of this world and the hereafter. Why we are here? and Alhamdulillah Allah has made it pretty clear in quran. Its beyond anyone can explain. But still in the rush of this life we tend to forget. Life in this world is like a few hours of an evening or a morning for a person in the hereafter. It would seem very stupid how people worried about losses that don't matter to them and about the possessions that we feel proud about. Its almost like a trip to a beach a couple of years back and you picked up nice looking shells and pebbles. There were people who flaunted some better ones and some who didnt get lucky enough to find a nice looking shell. Then you stayed a few hours there. Maybe till the sunset. Some stayed a little later. Probably till a little darker maybe 10 PM. Some left a little early, even before the sunset. The people who stayed back felt bad that the ones who left early couldnt stay a little longer and see the sunset. But after a couple of years you dont seem remotely affected by that. The fact that you picked up some shiny shells or you didnt find any. And you no longer feel jealous about a friend of yours who found a shiny nice round pebble to play with. Its nice that you are recording these videos, but once we leave from here, we no longer even remotely feel at loss about having or not having couple of videos recorded about ourselves. Allah has kept the first part of out life (the life as souls) hidden. And we all feel as if we are starting this life afresh and that we did not exist before. But we existed for thousands of years before coming to this world. And we will exist thousands of years after leaving from here. When you reach here after, you will remember your whole life including the time you spent in this world. And then it will feel as if it was a trip to the beach one evening. Not worth all the struggles and worries. You will remember the people who lived with you, your father, your mother your sisters, your brothers, your spouses and children but you wont feel so attached to them once you reach hereafter. In fact you wont even give one good deed of yours to even your father or mother. Coz you just met them for a few hours at the beach (this world). You were really close to them, but it was just a short interaction (just a few hours). Not sufficient for you to part with your good deeds for them. In fact you wont even give them a deed as simple as saying one subhanallah.
Jesus is a human being like you as Allah says in the holy Quran "The Messiah, son of Mary, was no more than a messenger. ˹Many˺ messengers had ˹come and˺ gone before him. His mother was a woman of truth. They both ate food. See how We make the signs clear to them, yet see how they are deluded ˹from the truth˺!" In another words, The Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, is nothing but a messenger from among the messengers. He is subject to what happened to them in terms of death. His mother, Mary, peace be upon her, was very truthful and trustworthy. They both ate food because they needed it, so how can they be gods despite their need for food?! So look - O Messenger - with a look of contemplation: how do we explain to them the verses that indicate oneness, and the invalidity of their exaggeration in attributing divinity to other than Him, Glory be to Him, and yet they deny these verses? Then look with a look of contemplation: how they are completely turned away from the truth despite these clear verses. Evidence of the oneness of God.
