I was born in that hospital got my first stitches there too played all in them halls as a kid hide and seek in the graveyard grew up on Cooper St thats my hood lol so many memories I can't believe it is so run down it used to be bright and vibrant wow how the time flies so sad 😢
I was there many times to visit sick family or when my sister was born. If I recall out back near the parking garage there was a helipad. It’s obviously been a long time since I’ve been there but I vaguely remember seeing a few land. Also the atrium area I think was where the gift shop was too. I believe it had all glass walls facing into the atrium.
For anyone interested in it just look up under Cliff sanitarium. I grew up in Wallingford Connecticut my own life but that place has always been there ever since I was born it's been closed down for a while and now I started off as a place to treat kids apparently with tuberculosis it was one of the first in the state to do so then it switched up and became more of a hospital play ended up later shutting down. The patients were transferred to different hospitals if anybody is curious like I said just look up abandoned hospital in Meriden Connecticut. I never went there but people say that they still have children laugh and see shit all the time that isn't normal
Would be more creepy if you ran into someone living there or something 😮 I'm sure that place must feel like death everywhere especially if you went there at dusk ☠️

It was originally built in 1885 and I believe another part of it was built in the 1920’s.
