It's definitely worth checking out, even though it's becoming more built up with big hotels.
Make sure to take at least a day trip over to the neighboring Railay Beach for a more undeveloped feel if you go!

Are there no sunbeds at all on Ao Nang beach??
Not that I saw no, there could be resorts further down the beach that offer them though. The tides can come up all the way to the sea wall, so that could be a reason.
Nice vid, did they have any boats that would take you to Maya Bay from Nang ???
Yes I think you can rent a private long tail boat or take a more expensive speed boat from Ao Nang to Maya bay or Koh Phi Phi. There are lots of connection options in Krabi, you'd have no trouble finding one!

We stayed at the Bluesotel SMART. I'd recommend it for the price and the roof pool view! It's only about a five minute walk to the beach as well
