You could make them sleeping pods you can buy that foil in roll , I got some for free when I used it to grow weed , but you could make pods with them easy
Be was in a pod that's what was taken. Other charities or volunteers give out pods. There are numerous volunteers working with those in the streets everyday. It's just a pity they don't coordinate their efforts
SELF RESPECT..As a nation..How and Why have we allowed this to go so far ?...People have the absolute right to have a safe warm place to sleep..food to eat..the creature comfort of friends or relatives ..as a given ...No self respecting government must let this situation continue as it does..setting aside political..economic and social barriers...everybody should be afforded the means to bolster self respect and a decent standard of living
They are just putting the problem out of site for the short term without a long term solution. It’s disgusting. People have their own stories of why they are homeless and in tents…….and they are just treated the same. I worked for the council on Bournemouth and had the job of removing tents. Whenever I was asked to remove tents the first thing I did was give the occupants at least 24 hours notice. I would then also offer the occupant a chance to move and find a new spot which would start the process again. I hated removing someone’s belongings and accommodation. I resigned in the end as I hated how some of my colleagues just removed tents and not realising the vulnerability…….I commend you for what you do……do you ever allow anyone to meet up and go round with you? I would love to offer some help.
