Martial the rage this game brings out of me is insane. The amount of spam people are able to produce with this new fighting system is completely unfair. From being a div 20 player on ufc 4 to not even being able to break div 6 due to unbreakable spam is upsetting. If you’d make a video teaching how to counter the spam’s that would be awesome and it would be greatly appreciated 😢
mf are playing hard even in quick match. i haven’t even tried Rank coming from div 17-20 player in ufc 4.

It’s a shame AP’s signature left hook looks nothing like it does in real life😔 they need to make the stances and movements of the fighters accurate. I don’t know why they don’t motion capture the actual fighters. The developers seem to not care about the small important details that add up and make the overall experience more authentic

@@cyttorak_nzthe games trash bruh, I’ve been div 20 top 100 in the wolrd multiple times on ufc 3 and 4 and I can attest this this is actual trash, went from being so exited after waiting for a game for 3 years to waiting to find matches, ive looked more at “searching for player” and “unable to find match” majority of my play time on ufc 5, I search 90% of the time the rest of the 10% it’s a lag fest, or there are multiple glitches each game, or I simply just can’t find a game. UFC 5 is a total disappointment coming from a player who has been top 100 in the world multiple times on multiple ufcs
I did the same thing. But after the trial I bought the damn game to try to get better. UFC 4 striking was miles ahead of UFC 5. I'm 35 years old me and my 15 year old son played UFC 4 every day I can't get him to play UFC 5 he played it one day and absolutely hated everything about it that they changed

Can someone explain why when RUclipsrs are playing ufc 5 ut looks like there is almost no lag? The input lag is bad on my end and i dont get it, i have great internet and a wired connection.
Looks like they fixed a lot of the problems which made me stop playing from ufc 3/4. The game seems more fluid and quicker again now

That would be me but a lot of people don’t engage and if they do it’s block break spam, or really unorthodox stuff that can work because of the stupid game mechanics… it’s super annoying not being able to have an actual good MMA fight 🤦🏻♂️

Div 20 player in UFC 4, highest I’ve got in this game is Div 19 and got knocked down all the way to 13. There’s something about this game and I don’t know what it is but I’m struggling BAD. I consider myself a very good player but this new game is making me lose confidence in my skills.

The break makes it to where you have to re invent your style...so you'll lose a lot of moves but it won't matter in the end
It’s not just you bro I’ve been div 20 on ufc 3 and 4, reached top 100 on xbox multiple times. Can’t even break div 10 on ufc 5, 90% of my time on ufc has been spent looking at “searching for player” and “unable to find opponent”, and the career mode is the exact same as ufc 4, rinse and repeat year after year, what a waste of money. Spent a month wasting my life on ufc 5 and switched back to ufc 4 where I’m top 100 in the whole world.
I recently faced this guy who played Alex and he played him against me as well. I was having trouble at first, but I setup a monster KO with a nice uppercut I hadn't thrown all game. He was kicking my ass the whole time to, but he was dipping a lot because of the fake tendency to not uppercut I was showing him. He is damn good to it goes to show you are on another level. At least compared to most of us at the game.

U prolly shouldnt buy the game for a few months. Its currently not worth it and there is a bunch of bugs. Its basically still a beta version of the game. Ufc 4 feels better.
UFC 4 is by far better than ufc 5, and ufc 4 is trash, the only thing that’s nice on ufc 4 is the stand up

Martial how do you counter people who walk you down with hooks and jabs, it just feels like stamina isn’t slowing them down. I’ve started just throwing body kicks at everybody bc I think they’re all just gonna wing shots and drain themselves, but when they get so close that I’m not in kicking range idk how to defend I just lunge away
You'll have to learn how to keep the distance, and walk around the octagon without going backwards too much. Try to damage the body by teeping and throwing cross to the Head and a hook to the body. Walk with Double jabs and go backwards and re-enter with the distance but now throwing a combo. There's lots of ways to deal with pressure guys

@@matthewgordon9341 i think that the main thing to do is outjab them and get out of their distance, then re-enter with a cross or body strikes, go away to the sides and repeat this till you make them humble
@@matthewgordon9341 of course, this doesn't always beat the pressure guys bc the game is broken in lots of ways, yesterday i was battering the pressure guy, landed 60/140 strikes in the 1st round and nothing hurt the guy, he kept walking me down and he got the k.o by a single uppercut when i was going to body hook him
