Watch henry play fight night, he loves to be technical and point fight. The guy is a ju jitsu practitioner, thats all about being technical. This just seems like he wanted some free views off your content, but fire video anyways
It’s just a normal misconception in the community. People think that anyone who mostly plays aggressively cannot slow things down and be technical too. Most high level aggressive players can also be technical if they wanted. It’s just a more boring style to play with these days so most don’t.
@MartialMind I can see how people could think that but anyone who knows anything about combat sports, and has watched your content on the regular would know that you have a vast knowledge of techniques beyond your ju jitsu and you have shown plenty of times you have no issues sitting back and just landing clean shots patiently, you literally just did it in fight night, and then again with Sean Strickland. It's one of the many reasons I love to watch you break down fights and styles of fighters because I always learn something no matter how much I know.

UFC 3 had it right when they punished people’s stamina for using 3+ punch combos over and over again. Even with the changes I’ve played people coming out for the 2nd round with 80%+ stamina having just thrown 150 strikes in the first. I held someone down for a full first round yday and denied all their transition attempts and they came out to the 2nd with 100%…. It’s a farce

Nah is not technical or mechanical 😂😂😂he’s a slip hook, body shot mf, he plays for looks, i highly doubt he could play match like this.. he’d throw a body uppercut and cancel it into a mf cartwheel kick or something wild 😂that is NOT technical
@@MartialMind basically there are fighters that have a lot of power but not a lot of knockouts and vice versa And I think it’s because of accuracy If accuracy would be a damage modifier (with low accuracy you do max damage less consistently) instead of hitting people that are slipping it would be more rewarding on defence It would also allow more stats to freely move around. For example with these changes if you were to lower Connor Stamina he couldn’t “pressure fight” in the traditional ufc game fashion But the counters would always do high damage But for example Paulo Costa who’s accuracy should be low and stamina a bit higher would suffer from a counter based strategy
@@MartialMind old Nganu could have been medium accuracy high damage low stamina The best way to fight would be either get them out early or be patient like Yoel Romero
