    spring onions 1 bunch chopped
    chopped garlic 5 cloves
    Salt to taste
    scotch bonnet peppers 3
    kidney beans 2 cans (with the brine
    fresh thyme a few sprigs
    Basmati rice 3 cups
    pimento Powder 1 small pinch
    Maggi stock cubes 1
    TROPICAL VEGETABLE CURRY STEW
    oil as required
    spring onions 2 bunches
    chopped ginger 2 inch squared
    chopped garlic 10 Cloves
    Salt to taste

      Hi Martin, happy Christmas to you too
      I use green unripened banana. Try and buy them at the same place you'd buy the plantain from (I fry the ripened plantain separately). Because you need then very green and firm for this.
