Hello! My dad performed surgeries like that as a ob/gyn medical missionary in West Africa back in the 1980s and 90s... lots of women were incontenant after bearing many children... He had practiced in the US for 20 years and took early retirement being disillusioned by greedy insurance malpractice companies...
