So there is no stipend for PhD students in UK? And you have to pay fees too! Sounds horrible.
Only for first year. The other 4 years are funded with a stipend. If you have a good score in Masters and are from well known universities, you'll probably get a tuition waiver for first year and also some amount as maintanence.

Bhai aapko most of the universities mein scholarship mil jayegi. Like leeds beckeet university 3000 tk deti h scholarship .
And about Ielts. Bhai agar appki masters UK degree RQF Level 7 ke equivalent h toh aap ko jurrarat nahi h. otherwise aapko 6.5 IELTS chahiyey .
