    Work a lot, and not getting a lot of work done...so me!!! We call it multitasking, but the truth is, we started a lot of things but didn't complete much.

      Yep... a colleague of mine calls it "Milkshake Multi-tasking" because it is like puting your brain in a blender. It is better to complete one task at a time and then move on to the next. Focus, reward your brain for completing the task with the satisfaction of completion and then do it all over again.

      I am so so torn. On one hand my religious beliefs are conflicting with the treatment and diagnosis, on the other hand I am terrified that I won’t figure out what is wrong with me and address the issue. As I learn more and more about ADHD, I want to get emotional because everything is in alignment with my current experience. At the same time, I am having a realization that my current way of thinking and operating is not normal! I’m so stuck!! But I want to get to the bottom of it, I have big dreams! Are there more resources that can help me deal with these issues?

    What is the machine that can change ADHD?
    Is it available in England?
    What causes ADHD? Is a person born that way?
    Sorry for all the questions, I’m just really interested 🌝

      Neurofeedback can help ADHD! I have home neurofeedback options on my website drtrishleigh.com/ and yes, a person is born with it, but people can also develop ADHD like symptoms due to addiction or other brain disorders

    Do you need a referral to see a neuropsychologist? I’m almost certain my 23 year old son has adhd and don’t know where to start, especially during this pandemic.
    In watching videos to try and help him, I also think I know where he inherited adhd. 😢

    • @DrTrishLeighBrainRewire
      @DrTrishLeighBrainRewire  3 года назад

      No. You do not usually need a referral.
      I could perform a Home brain map for a while so you could see what his brain was doing.
      Then you could use Neurofeedback to heal the ADHD at the source.
      There’s more info on my website@ DrTrishleigh.com

    I do not want your diagnostic equipment to make such a life changing and any diagnosis that goes against what my current expert and I are achieving. No. I have a Dr. for this. No offense. No way after suffering my entire life misdiagnosed and now finally getting a proper diagnosis from two experts and the correct treatment. No reason to guess any more. No reason to fix what is FINALLY working just for someone else's satisfaction. Why would I.

      Yeah, the moment she said fix, is the moment I stop paying attention. If you can manage ADHD, great! But you're you, and there's no need to "fix you".
