This problem happened in some company internet , just need to call or reset your modem. The problem is the internet's company , i change my network and it was ok.
My service provider was of zero help. Went through two routers and did resets on both. At some point, a few months back, I stopped having issues so I no longer need this workaround
This error seems to randomly hit people. I don't expect my fix to work for everyone. Also, I am no longer having issues so I don't need to use the VPN trick anymore. Not sure what changed.

Not sure other than try resetting your modem/router or calling your service provider and seeing if they can reset it
Same as mine, when i watch in my phone i switch my wifi to data and get back again to my wifi.
