Maaannn do you only do online or sometimes you go with the shark at the auction? Thank you for your last response it helped me a lot. Also so you use thr manhein 360 180 shield for returning cars?
Hey thanks for watching! Appreciate the comment! And I do mostly buy online for times sake. I like to do it from my office. I used to go in person and bid. No problem I’m glad I was of help. No. We don’t use that program. We simply pay for PSI or if you buy a vehicle on green light and turns out to have damages of $800+ you should be able to Arbitrate it for an adjustment on price or to withdraw from the sale.
I love these videos, great content. In your experience how often do cars sell for more than adj. MMR? Should I expect to pay 1k or 2k above MMR most of the time?
Thank you for watching! Glad you enjoy them! I see them going above MMR All the time to be honest. And depends on the seller. If you buy from banks and repo companies you can get them for far below.
Hey man, thanks for the video it has helped me a lot throughout my jounry of selling cars man. I just had some questions if you could help me out that would be awesome! Is it better to buy cars from Adesa or Manheim. How do I price my cars based on the Carfax and the market value? For example how do I know how much should spend on a vehicle to know that after selling it i will be making profit. Because here in Adesa, there are a whole lot of people who bet on the clean cars with no damages and etc, they sometimes sell higher than the carfax value. So it's really hard to get cars that people want for cheap. How do i be confident, and know that the car that I will bet on will make bread. How much below the retail value should i stay, so that when I post the car online that I will know for a fact will sell? If you could help me with these questions that will be great sir thanks!
No dealer checks the carfax retail price when buying cars from Mannheim. They usually check Kelly blue book, j.d power black books etc. Most of the buyers could care less about minor damages on carfax if it’s an old car. It depends on the car and year. When there are auctions going on sit on your desktop make the values of the cars getting sold and see the values and how much they are getting sold at. This will take a few months or weeks if you are sick to understand but you’ll start to get an idea
Great video homie, I’m still tuning in!

Would you buy a car for under $5,000 without seeing the vehicle in person and is being sold as is?
