Squatters should have never had "rights" to begin with!
ABSOLUTELY! I thought when you enter a place without permission it is called burglary.
THEY DON'T! Prosecutors and the media have just come up with the term and justified their failures.
This law was to encourage people to take up the care of abandoned property wayyyyy back when we were trying to settle the west. Until MaBell it was hard to find previous owners, especially ones that may have died in their endeavor to "go west, young man" It's not a wrong law as it is an outdated one the bad people figured out how to take advantage of.
The right to go to jail instantly , and that would stop this instantly.

Ironically you may be "squatting" right now on land that someone else has a claim on from 200+ years ago. The laws squatters use originate from the fact that land ownership back in the day was a difficult and tricky thing, with usage being equated to ownership in some cases. Of course these squatters are taking it too far now but the law makes sense in terms of these ancient deeds that come up every once in awhile claiming some guy owns half of your city because his ancestors got a deed a century ago.

A little background on Sheriff Judd. In law enforcement for over 40 years, taught criminal justice at university for 20 years, has master's degree, Reelected 4 times with over 80 percent of the vote. Backs his deputies but is also a disciplinarian when they get out of line.

Texas has the right idea with their "your home is your castle" laws and "protected by Smith & Wesson" security signs. Down there you are protected from both criminal and civil liability if you use lethal force on trespassers. And because of it... trespassing is almost unheard of.

Meanwhile, in New York, their police are arresting a property owner because she changed the locks on her house that a group of squatters had changed first, after they broke into her property illegally. The NY police said the property owner "broke the law when she denied the squatter's access to her property". 🙄😑🤦♀️

Their goal is you will not have property rights. Both political parties are on onboard with this. There has been a plan for world government since the League of Nations. You need to learn your state and federal constitutions. You need to focus on the state elections. Your state is a country and it can nullify or secede from the union. People focus on the national government but it is gone. If your state is not politically sovereign, you will not be sovereign. Only elect constitutionalists. They will tell you they will protect you and then pass some 2000 page law that says all property belongs to the state. The Patriot Act states they can arrest you without a warrant and throw you in jail without a trial. Americans are so busy with their jobs they don't realize if you don't have good government you will not have your life, liberty or property. Go to the Rockefeller Foundation website. They usually have the blueprint plans for us on this website. They openly tell you want they are doing.
