You've really pinpointed the current day 'easy escape' of jumping in to social media to escape the moment.
It is all too familiar. It also made me to delete a few of the most invading social media apps. If you look at this closely, you find that some are really tightly connected and originate from the same company

That's the thing about life isn't it? (Rhetorical question)
We are constantly faced with problems/issues/dilemmas that require us to face them. Some are caused by our own doing and some are caused by others. And many are things that we have absolutely no control over. I think part of the solution is to figure out which is which, which ones do we absolutely have to face and which ones we don't need to fret over or expend physical/emotional energy on. Simple, when you think about it, but never easy. But as you say, as long as we keep trying 💛

well.. I learned after years and years: Unsolved problems make me feel bad. So when I'm in the mood to solve the problem: the best way is to handle it directly - it doesn't matter whether it ends good or bad, but it is handled and the problem doesn't exist anymore (at least in this previous stage)
