A very interesting video, though I think the terms "far-right" and "xenophobia" need to be restrained if we are going to have a full and intelligent (and balanced) discussion on this topic. And as an American living in California, with a significant Hispanic population (and I can only speak for myself) the issue is not "immigration" (variety is the spice of life), but ILLEGAL immigration, people entering without following the policies and procedures (laws) in place (like all other countries have) in order to respectfully enter the country.

Regarding one: the people coming in MUST follow the rules, regulations, procedures and laws to enter. No more just walking in. That's a definite. Regarding two: Many communities and business have illegals who are well integrated into the societies they are in. If one is gainfully employed then a green card can be applied for and hopefully granted. As far as those who are not employed and don't have enough money to support themselves, then they must return to the last country that allowed them in (most likely Mexico) and apply through proper channels from there. At least those are my initial thoughts, though, being no expert, I am open to discussion.
@@jimbo6989 I really like that policy. I think it's fair and doesn't reward the ones just walking in. I agree it's all about having an open discussion and understanding that this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed by politicians and citizens alike.

Genuine refugees often don't have the money to leave their countries. It is often just economic migrants coming to Europe. Although there are some genuine refugees as well.
