He is big, strong, fast, and agile. He will outrun, out maneuver, or just run over the defense. Glad to see he is still doing well with the Ravens. He seems like a very humble gentleman. 🏈

Yes, Dickerson had a great O-line in LA, but he never played with a quarterback worth a shit, also if you failed to remember, he was very good with the colts for several years and also played with no quarterbacks. Everybody in the world knew he was getting the football and he still ran everybody ragged. Yes he did have an ego, he just wanted to get paid. Same as the players do in today’s game.

Yup age doesn't matter that much of you take care of yourself and put in the work. I'm 35 and still in great shape to do anything but I sure wish I had a personal chef and as much money as Henry to eat as good 😂😂😂

Something isn't adding up with 3500 calories and not eating until afternoon/evening.

I do intermitting fasting and dont eat till noon. Its still easy to put down 3000 calories by 8 pm and Im 6'1 215 pounds. Im sure a NFL sized person could do it.

I've been doing 16/8, 18/6/ or 20/4 Intermittent Fasting and I'm still able to take in as many calories as I did when I followed a traditional eating schedule. I am much leaner and healthier doing IM as it allows my blood sugar and insulin levels to remain low for much of the day. Henry is utilizing recent science and he can definitely take in 3500 calories eating 2x per day.

Sources always say he's exactly "247 lbs", it seems this is simply referencing what he weighed AT THE 2016 COMBINE. Geez. No data since? I remember hearing a story from this year (2024) that he bulked to about 260.

Right, they are always off with the measurables. He most definitely walks around and plays at 260 pounds and more

How does he not eat until 4 or 5pm during the season when the games are at 1 or 4pm? He plays football on an empty stomach?
