ED has been sending summons to him since October last year, long before the Lok Sabha elections were announced, and he was arrested when he ignored the 9th summons. Rahul Gandhi appeared before ED when he got the first summons and he didn't buckle under pressure of ED questioning him for over 8 hours... Manish Sisodia was arrested for the same offence and the Supreme Court has also denied him bail as ED has produced credible evidence... There can't be two sets of rules for the same offence...Had Congress contested the LS election alone without any tie-up with AAP, it could have won a couple of seats in Delhi...
