Hi Shannon, thank you and welcome 😁 You can crop to a specific aspect ratio… In this example it’ll lock to a 16:9… Go to CANVAS> CROP AND RESIZE > SET TO SPECIFIC SIZE 1920x1080p px = 16:9…. There is a chain link icon between the 1920x1080. A blue icon indicates it’s locked; if it’s not… tap it. Now you can crop or enlarge to that aspect ratio. The other way is to make different canvas sizes and copy and paste… my copy and paste video can help with that technique. Procreate does a lot of things well and others not so. But I imagine sometime in the future Procreate will be updated.

can you start a new cAnvas with a transparent background and start painting? thank you
Yes, just go to layers and uncheck the background layer , now the canvas is transparent. If you want to export it out make sure to use .png
Hector is there a way to control of the videos playback speed? It goes so fast it's not even useful.
