    If it was this easy. I have done everything to the dot here and still dont see the list of cameras. I get notifications tho.

    Did this exactly and did not get any connection. Probably would help if Arlo mentioned that you need two phones and a PC to perform this operation. Otherwise you just guess; or go to RUclips and depend on a third party to explain their own setup.

    Sorry not good. I have a old accound and just added a new camera on another account becouse i have 5 arlo pro 2 (Free Subscription 7 days) and i dont see the other camera

    Does your main account, the one you sent the invite from have a subscription? I don’t and I’ve sent the invite to my wife but it goes straight to a page saying no subscription.

      As I told in the video several times. I don’t have a subscription plan at all. Please watch the video again with attention to every detail. I made the video with every step using two phones (inviter and invitee) with example. No details were left out of the video.

      @@SmartDevicesChannel thanks for the reply. Yes I did that multiple times but for some reason when I get the email invite and click the link it takes me to sign in or create account, when I click sign in (I already have an account) it takes me straight to Arlo website subscription page, not to the app, I already have the app installed. On the other phone the status of invite changes from pending to admin, so I am accepted however there is no access to the cameras. I get pop ups when motion is detected but no camera, so pretty pointless really if I can’t see the cameras.

      I have posted this on Arlo community too as there is no agent support for non subscribers

      Use a computer to receive the email invitation and login to the account. You could also use another email to create a new account to see if it works.

      When my wife signs in she gets the same screen asking about a subscription. I have a subscription on the account, but it acts like she needs one to. Thank you Arlo. I will begin moving away from this system
