Unrelated to the video, but I’d be interested to know if archery was possible or effective with the Aquientor armor you made a while back. In Champlain’s illustrations there’s an unstrung bow in the hand of the armor wearer, and you see that in some Chukchi armor exhibits as well. Wouldn’t the wings or the back shield interfere with the drawing motion? Could only a short bow be used?
Archery is fine. The armour is flexible enough that it doesn't interfere with the draw. The quiver however can't be worn in a typical place. The back plate prevents it from being worn over the shoulder and the apron prevents you from wearing it at the hip. So instead you need to have it suspended in front of the chest.
Working at a yearöy alpine cycling competition a few times i got to see some amazing examples of "cyclist tan" in real life with no graduation at all. Maximum tan and complete paleness bordering in an exact line following the stencil of their outfit
