To be honest I average about 60 +150 miles everyday here in the humidity of Houston. It took a while but wearing full black leg tights and full black long shirt tight . Now I can Indore the heat and don't sweat. Truly something mysterious.

It's something you have to commit too. Definitely not going to happen over night but I'll tell you after like 3-4 hrs of biking 30-40mph nonstop I get to my vehicle and no sweat. Kinda makes me feel like I didn't do anything but non the less makes for a good brunch meetup without having to change. Still have to change my socks though.
