they fixed the movement speed penalty from it which is what everyone was complaining about, if you can hit weapons on walls its fair u can hit ur hand while casting but the 100+ ms loss was fucked

Even if you don't think he was broken, he was solid pre buff. Hell, the buff only just came out. To say he is good now is jumping the gun if you belive prior to the buff he was "irrelevant"

When i saw the patch notes, i thought backstep had 2 SINGLE use charges, not just double charge, that is awesome
Also it recharges before you can use the 2nd charge, essentially changing nothing

The fire on your arms when you get hit needs to be toned down. It's a bit of a nuisance and messes with visual clarity.
