    This dudes genuinely a beast. 2X bodyweight is probably up there with the greatest strength feats EVER achieved and it came seemingly out of nowhere lmao. We need this guy in a streetlifting comp

    • @truongsinh9955
      @truongsinh9955 2 месяца назад

      That is correct. The only time this kind of feat has ever been mentioned in history is when Jasper Benincasa did chin up + 265 lbs at 130 lbs body weight a long long time ago, although it is uncertain whether Jasper in fact did chin up or pull up because in the past, chin up was used to mean either pull up or chin up.

    • @kraylisthenics
      @kraylisthenics 2 месяца назад +2

      @@truongsinh9955 You are right! But anyways this could be more impressive than Jasper's feat. I mean, 2x70kg is more difficult, as the bw increases the harder it is.

    • @truongsinh9955
      @truongsinh9955 2 месяца назад

      @@kraylisthenics Assuming that both feats are done to the same standard (not necessarily competition i.e. dead hang to chin over bar), then yea I agree that 2x70 is more difficult.

      That's when he's breaking some official world records. He just beated slidismode' s Guinness world record in weighted dip a year ago. He also has the heaviest weighted muscle up record. Actually he could already muscle up with 55kg a few years ago, I remember watching the clip both on bilibili and RUclips somewhere.

    Liu has probably been the strongest streetlifter for a very long time but is completely unknown in western media, I plan on making videos about his training and life soon. There are a lot of similarities to Andrey smaev, they both came from hard life situations and work night shifts. 2x pull up was considered impossible/myth (Jasper benincasa) for so long, but now it’s on video. Utmost respect
