    At this point in time, there are no people more dedicated to streetlifting than Mathew. This is coming from me - Artyom Shirokov, who was inspired by Mathew back in way back in 2019, and learned his way into streetlifting thanks in large part to him.

    Great video bro well done, And people see just the 200kgs dip they Didn't see what he went through to get there.. That's a true champion right there his mindset is remarkable, Yet unfortunately This sport is so underated and guys like Mathew don't get the credit that they deserve.

    Absolutely unbelievable! We always knew he is the strongest dipper on the planet it was just a matter of when he would be able to show case just how strong he is! I truly believe he could hit 205-210 on that day. The speed, form, depth, no sleeves is truly mind blowing!

      U r clearly a begginer/early intermediate athlete. Doing 200kg*2 d mean 225-235kg one rep max. Strong ppl tend to be explosive. Clarence keenedy was able to squat 300kg faster than u d squat an empty bar but he couldnt even move 310kg by w single inch.

    im glad he stuck around and weathered the storm, now look at him back on top bright sunny days
    im kinda in same spot my damn elbow keeps getting fucked up and mypullup progress has got FUCKED. but at least i can make gains on push and legs i suppose.

    Most of us will spend years to dip 100kg but this man has done double that at rpe 9.5.
    Truly inconceivable levels of strength.

    Even though It takes many years to add a bit of weight on your 1RM, you gotta consider the fact that Mat suffered a really serious injury in his journey. We'll never know how much time It would have take to reach 200 kg dip

    It took him 5 years to add 5kg becsuse of injuries and roids side effects. Not becsuse it took him that long itself

      As predicted in the video, this type of comment was expected and the common person will never understand so they will replace the truth with lies that they can relate to like "roids side effects," something you'd most likely resort to with far less dire circumstances than Mathew's.
      Go fund his daily drug tests for the next 5 years and watch the PRs still increase.

      that's proper weighted dip form. He hit depth with his shoulders and with his hips so it's a valid rep
