@@tajunicholasjr587 just be calm..calmness is a human superpower. It does also keeps your mind clear and your heart at peace. While studying take a deep breath and with exhalation of the air leave all the negative thoughts out. And yes while doing this feel the same. And the last, always keep in mind you are a mystery you can do anything okay. Best of luck 👍🏼✨
