- Borderlands 2 has many builds. Many weapons, shields, and abilities. And of all of them, you could say that this was... unexpected. Really though, a much more pleasant challenge than the previous ones for the series, at least.
It was pretty good. Better than I expected. Surprisingly fun.
The damage was high. The cooldown was almost short. And Zero is nice.
It's apparently been buffed a bit from way back when the skill was little more than a joke. You could say that the devs thought the skill's damage was too zer-low. I'm quite unforkeen on its output though.

The idea of a shy Zero going through the journey you went throughout this video just makes me smile for some reason, maybe because I tend to be shy and can struggle to speak my mind (not as bad now days as it used to be)

You are correct about bullets knocking you slightly off the ground. Also the strat to throw the decoy right into the enemies so they melee instead of run away also works for axtons turrets 🙂 another great video homie!

Recall Joltzdude did a build around Unf0rseen for one of his playthroughs. Required the Little Evie pistol and a shock damage increasing artifact. The pistol grants additional action skill cooldown when Unf0rseen gets a kill and the artifact increases the damage of the skill to ensure that it can more likely get kills. As long as enemies aren't resistant or immune to shock, it can do surprising amounts of damage.
Such an inspirational journey. You overcame Unforseen adversities and the Deception of toxic individuals with ease. You could say I am.........baffled

I believe bloodwing may have trouble tracking you when you're jumping because her AI relies on you being on the ground to path for a dive, which seems pretty dumb
I love your style of story telling! You're not recounting how you've achieved the goals of this challenge but you bring the character alive in such a fun way! I am so glad the algorhythm brought me here because I'm here to stay 😊

Crashing by Activating a cutscene in sanctuary is a new glitch I've been experiencing lately
The worst part is that I'm really not sure why. I don't _think_ anything has changed, but it's not nearly as stable as it was historically.
I wonder if it has to due with a recent Windows update.

Unforeseen is actually pretty decenf pre-Op levels, so this was actually pretty dpable compared to some of your other challenges.
Well they can't all be Recompense. Part of the fun is figuring out how hard it'll be by starting the run. For instance, I legitimately thought that only using Recompense would be easier than using shields...

I honestly thought this would be funnier but now it's just sad.
There's a dark humor to life in that way. It doesn't matter how bad things get. How sad or horrible. The world keeps turning with or without you. It's important in those times to remember the necessity that is moving forward.
He may have lost someone close at an inopportune time, but he had to focus on the future. And things really didn't work out for him, but I think he'd take comfort knowing that his efforts led to a better situation for those he loved. He died as he lived. An optimist and a hell of a soldier/friend.

Zero is unique, a true god among numbers. It is the only (real) number with the following properties:

Dont worry my guy, if we watched challenge runs with graphics of the game being important then we wouldnt watch challenge runs of for example undertale or even mc100 days, yes a shiny game with hd graphics is amazing but its not what makes the video amazing, you do, and you definitely do.

Technically I'd say this is pacifist run legally speaking because traps are allowed as long as you're near them and for the sole reason to stop others from hurting you, unless its an animal trap, so unless you're able to set your hologram up and then somehow get halfway across a map before it explodes, you'd be legally in the clear, and I'd say it's just environmental damage that you happen to have set up😅🤣🤣🤣💜💜 they are attacking you first for the most part so at the very least it's self defense, but tbf tho it's more like a grenade than an explosive barrel since it has a timer, but a vaulthunter can dream about being pacifist, can't they?!?

A higher cooldown rate definitely would have helped speed things along. I'm not sure if the Evie exploit has been patched, but it can make the playstyle genuinely pretty good for longer than it has any right to be.
While the damage may be lower, you could have shot a pistol at the ground to detonate the decoy early.
I'm shocked you didn't go to Southpaw Steam & Power and farm a cooldown class mod early, would have helped a bit by shaving off, idk, up to like a second or something off the wait
I don't actually remember the last time I went there. I haven't done much of the side content in ages. I should probably brush up on the better places to farm...
Probably, I find that place to be the best for early game class mods and nice shields, and if you don't activate the save-station in there, you can farm it without the tunnel animation and such, and it's really quick
As a skill it's... honestly not terrible, it's not great, and it's worthless in UVHM, but so are a lot of skills that deal a bit of side damage, they can't all get a 3900% damage buff like Cloud Kill

Im honestly surprised you didny grind for many must fall or thw throwing knives there both good perks for unforseen
Death Bl0ss0m would be a separate form of damage and was thus against the rules. Many Must Fall would require being level forty six.
Not sure that the waiting though deception increases unforseen dmg. I would just get a gun to end deception early.
Ahh, but it's not about damage. It's about not using a weapon.
@@SpuddyCube You aren't using it to deal damage directly. If you accidentally hit a rakk or something then just reset.

Can you beat borderlands 2 as a headhunter?
Was thinking about that recently. Only using loot acquired from the headhunter dlcs to beat the story. When you enter them I believe the level gets locked in for the playthrough so you would have to be tactical about when to play each one and in what order.
I think it'd be on the easier side of things, but it has some potential. If memory serves, the starting level for any of the Headhunter DLCs is around either ten or fifteen. Otherwise, the available gear would be approximately six levels under leveled if you're spacing things out evenly.
Though, there are definitely some really awkward break points. They'd certainly make things a fair bit harder/more fun. I'll add it to my list to consider, if nothing else. Thank you!
@@SpuddyCube yeah, I hear you. It's a good challenge run for "borderlands channels" but maybe not enough mechanical or narrative depth for what you do. Perhaps, with Lilith DLC, starting at level 30 would make the level scaling more difficult. I pitched it here because I like your writing and delivery but I'll be happy enough to watch whatever inspires you.
I could see it being a fun break between more difficult runs. It'd also give me an excuse to go through the Headhunter DLCs, because I really haven't found a different reason to as of yet. It could also make for a fun narrative to work out. I think it has the makings of a good challenge.

A run idea that might make a fun lvl 80 mini series-
Headhunter Rush
Pair up the headhunter dlcs with the story dlcs (example: Wottle Gobler with the campaign of carnage)
You run through the headhunter once with no save quits to get all the gear you can to complete the story dlc. You can do the main and side mission and loot every object on the map once before moving on.
If you decided to do it as a series you would dump your gear before starting the next headhunter.
Possible bonus rules-
If you beat the headhunter boss without dying you may bring any 1 item with you to the next episode.
If you beat the whole headhunter map without dying you may bring 3 items with you to the next episode.
Conversely, you could do a different character for each run.
Vendors are something to consider. If you start with $0 then I would say vendor purchased gear is probably fair game (as long as no save quit farming).
I think it's a bit complicated as a pitch for my normal content, but I'd really like to try my hand at something like livestreaming. I think with a bit of working, it could be a really fun stream/series of streams. Possibly something a bit more casual, while also... possibly brutally difficult. Maybe something to trim down after the fact into a more consumable form.

You likely could, but I'd imagine it'd be hard to line up without also hitting the Bunker. It's been a long time since I've used Execute, so I'm not one hundred percent sure. The infinite vertical range melee makes it a bit more complicated.
When I'm in angel core I shoot angels body because I don't like her lol a bit toxic but oh well

I don't tend to get super deep into the DLCs. Tina's comes with its own complications with a patron you need to punch, objects you can't normally reach that you need to break, and the dragons. Thinking about the dragon fights is a bit terrifying. I wouldn't rule it out entirely for a couple of runs that I have in mind though.

Ok why the hell wouldn't you melee the air to force trigger the boom? it isn't a fail unless the melee hits the enemy and it'd make it more consistent, I've done this run before and bone of the ancients, legendary hunter, and forcing the end of the action skill made it a lot easier than it was for you
Oh and melee zero's damage output is STAGGERINGLY higher than kriegs when played by and experienced player, with basically no risk where krieg is high risk
If that's the case, then I have to ask, how were you triggering it early via melee? In my experience, it'll only pop on a successful melee hit or by firing a gun.
@@SpuddyCube it's always fired off early on a missed melee for me as long as I don't have the override skill, who knows why but maybe my game is just buggy or vice versa

It's a bit disappointing that they didn't follow through. I appreciate that they did in the case of Flak. While it's not brought up often in the case of Zero, it's entirely possible that he/they is canon.
