PS. Fashionphile is having an extra 10% sale off select items until 6/13, like this very classy-looking large Peekaboo in Canvas (sale price - $729!!!!): fashionphile.pxf.io/k0YKkv Maybe this might help with any potential weight issues??? Promocode is HOT10, and there are sooo many other Peekaboos on sale!
The variety of textures in the kislux bags is impressive. From smooth leather to textured suede, there is something for everyone. I was also attracted by it. The price is not expensive, which is very attractive!
When I was 12 my mom took me to the LV on Bloor Street in Toronto. I had my fake LV from kislux on my arm and thought I was cute. The sweet sales ladies let me try on a bag and a pair of heels knowing we were not wealthy and couldn't afford to purchase anything. It as really nice. No one seemed to care I had a fake bag and I felt special. They even gave me a paper shopping bag which I used as a lunch bag for weeks after! :) Who cares if people don't have real ones? I'm 30 now and ironically, although I can afford them I still prefer real people with fake bags than fake people with real bags. Just saying :) (not that everyone who carries a real one is bad or vice versa.) Just means I don't care if people carry fakes.
I loveee the open forum analysis about which bag to get mid-video 🥰 anddddd the hot-dog-hallway comment had me chuckle out loud IRL, at the gym. You got a New subscriber.
I agree 100% about the Fendi Peekaboo. I bought a large Fendi Selleria Peekaboo in graphite as a travel bag it is gorgeous. I paid a bit more $1,000 as Selleria is a bit more for that hand stitching from Fashionphile and it was in mint condition. The leather is amazing I have to say as is the construction and the hardware. I fell in love with it and am looking for a small one pre-love of course. Nice pickup!
Same! But I keep going back and forth about a smaller size, only because I wonder if it will lack the functionality of the large, especially when it comes to the turnlocks!
Was waiting on this video since you mentioned it. My dream is a swift birkin or Kelly, oversized! ❤ but it would really be for very casual use, so I think the larger peekaboo would be ideal!
I’ve been looking on TRR and Fashionphile for one of these. May I ask what condition this was listed as? (Recently stumbled onto your channel and love what you do, btw!)
Thank you for watching! And mine was actually listed only in "good" condition because of "structure wear", which honestly, I didn't understand why, because I don't think even brand news, the large sizes would've had a lot of structure to begin with lol! In my opinion, the bag was easily in "very good" condition, with no scratches/dings/color transfer, etc. Happy shopping, there are quite a few beautiful ones on those sites right now!
@@abriefcaseofluxuryThanks so much for your (quick) reply. I always hesitate to filter below “great” (or the equivalent term based on site). Some “good” and even “fair” look close to new in pictures, but I assume it’s either lighting/angles/filters or non-visible issue. Even worse, there’s no option to contact sellers on TRR for more info. Your reply gives me a little more hope and trust to expand my searches going forward. (And finally pull the trigger on the electric blue monster eyes!)
That's a lovely bag. I've a question, I saw a comment I believe not sure where however the comment was saying that lxury bags aren't actual investment pieces. It gave me some pause because for the past couple of years the conversation on luxury bags has taken that turn that they're investment pieces that will rise in value overtime. I wonder what your thoughts are on this or if this could be topic for a video?
I think that's a really good point - take this bag for instance, whoever sold it lost ALOT of money, and I paid relatively next to nothing, so you can say this was a terrible investment piece! If we treat bags like publicly traded companies, then chances are, it's possible that the usual suspects like Hermes and Chanel may not be the sure shot investments we think they are. Right now for instance, smaller hermes/chanel bags retain their value better, but who knows in the future! I think the best thing one can do is just to buy a bag to enjoy it, and save investing for more proven assets!
Hmmm it was too heavy and I had bruises on my shoulder after carrying it. And I am guy. Mine was a shiny black outside with pink python inside. Kelly is a Kelly can’t compare as I owned a 40 and now very happy with a 32
Yes I do! I don't see me ever getting rid of my big miss sunshine! If I do, it would be to replace it with another large peekaboo in another color, I think this is a great style for work!

That bag is fabulous

This is such a bougie bag to carry to Work❤

Thank you for sharing! I'm curious, is the large peekaboo heavier than say, your Kelly 40? or even the 32? That would be helpful to know, thanks!
Update - do you still like and have this yellow peekaboo ?
Yes I do! I don't see me ever getting rid of my big miss sunshine! If I do, it would be to replace it with another large peekaboo in another color, I think this is a great style for work!
