There are lots of great hikes on the plateau, it's even possible to hike all the way down the mountain to Bolzano according to one of the signs. (4 hours minimum!)
Blue sky and clean earth! A beautiful phone and a pocket full of money. These are my future plans in old age. Thank you for reminding me of the goals of life
It truly is stunning! The Dolomites and surrounding villages are some of the most lovely views In our "Big Wide World!" Loved the cable cars up and train ride. Thanks so much for bringing us along.
Those views. Those. Views. WOW. That's insane...being fully of Italian background, I had never heard of either of these spots. I should have. The scenes look like what you'd see in the movie Heidi. Just picturesque. Those mountains may have looked in shadow, but the eeriness with the backdrop of the blue sky is just insane. Slightly hazy, but still spectacular. Gives it a mystery. My wife would LOVE that pink train station.
Great cable cart this, liked it in your mistakes video! Great info on this attraction and looks like a must do if in the area! Gorgeous area even in shadow! Love the church bells! Great comparison to the Heidi landscape! Jill liked the pink station, wow that is some train ride! Stunning views of the plateau have a great week 👍❤️
The whole area was gorgeous and you can hike between the little villages on the plateau, the whole area was a picture storybook. The only thing I didn't get was the cows with the cowbells! Thanks for watching!

Ah wow i would love to go up on the cable car to the top , it looked so peaceful and the historic train station would be great to see, i would love to ride there. So good that you captured the church bells with views of the mountains too. The landscape is stunning and looks really peaceful. You did get great views in the afternoon like you wanted. The church bells were purely by chance since it wasn't a Sunday and not midday, so not really sure why they were ringing. But to hear them go across the valley was really lovely, it made the whole scene even more picture perfect.
Wonderful area to explore. So long since we visited Bozen. Would love to go back and see the old town once more. We never went up the hills behind the city. It appears we really should have.
The mountain area was fabulous, I thought we were just going up on the gondola, have lunch and come down again, but we ended up spending the day wandering around 2 of the little towns, the scenery was terrific.

I was a bit disappointed in the morning but was truly rewarded with gorgeous views in the afternoon.
