I will forever think allowing them to throw their fits is problematic to society, and this is why the consumer service industry will be the first to be replaced by bots.
Totally problematic , I agree. What I always ask is for professionalism. I am willing to always listen if there is respect on the other side. If not, I say “I don’t believe we can be productive anymore on this call , is there a better time to call”
