    Thank you Emma!
I applied The SBART format in my office project and it was really helpful

Really helpful video! Thank you!! Can you make a video about how you mentor junior PMs? Do you have 1-1s? Do you conduct training sessions? etc.

Came across this and was extremly helpful. One suggestion I have would be can make timestamps for your videos.

Hey Emma.. great content as always! I think for good video content, you could do a Waterfall vs Agile/Scrum project management methodology type of video. My company is definitely moving from true Waterfall to Agile or a hybrid Agile/Waterfall style.

Hi Robert - Good idea! I'll definitely plan to add more videos about Agile (ex. What is a scrum master? Squad Leader? etc)!

How common are the need to escalate?

That's a good question - to be fully transparent, I've always had to escalate something (an issue, a bug, a risk, client temperature, etc) on every project I've had. I think it's a very important skill. You could also say though that I prefer to escalate early and often with the intent to improve the situation rather than wait until we have a serious problem.
