@@chittyblessy yes, this is going to factory reset your computer. Be careful if there is anything on there you don’t want to lose like pictures or important files.

I bought a laptop off of back market and was having trouble because they sent it with a default user account I’m not sure if that’s just the process for every laptop they sell. But your instructions are A1! And also I relate to your story, I started working at a dealership straight out from my divorce and it was so liberating being able to buy my 2015 Camry which I still have to this day! Such emotional attachment to that vehicle, it was the biggest accomplishment I did on my own and the one I hold dearest to my heart and mind. Bless up🙌🏾

It’s says additional free space is needed on the drive where windows is installed. How can I free up some space when my windows is lock ?

How do I get the Dell security manager for a Dell Latitude 3190? It has a password authentication system. I need the correct password. I tried typing the system or administrator password it doesn't work. Any ideas on how I get the right password? Thanks.

I tried resetting (wiping it via the Shift method) my Dell Inspiron 3135 3000 Series and it said ‘There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made.’

Good morning, I try every option and I can't not factory reset my Dell precision m4800 someone help
I did F2 on my Dell 3135 3000 Series and it took me to a very old timey screen. From there I went to the Security setting and chose to change the System Password which I think was a mistake because now the option to change the Admin Password is greyed out.
The Shift button method you said did not work. The eBay seller did not tell me what Windows it’s using though the F2 option is probably an indicator.
Is there a way to do a system reset or whatever it’s called? Just wanna delete previous user’s junk to make room and then create a new account so I can play some Horizon XI (custom Final Fantasy XI Online server).

I have a big problem, I formatted my notebook dell latitude 7420 and the business or school account was active now when I install windows it asks for the security key or access with business email and I don't have it anymore. Does this mean I lost my notebook?

Bloody bloody. My brother offed himself and we're trying to get on his laptop. Police don't seem to care so we're doing this.
