I have a Quad HD/ 2k mobile, how come 1440p doesn't come up as an option unlike other videos?

What is the difference if it's 4K
you know you have 420p and 1080p. Well 4k is basically double 1080p so the image will be way more crisp and sharp.
its less noticable due to youtube compression/artifacting which essentially makes the quality of the recording look whorse / blurry than it actually is.
