@@SenseiSeth Your hands were not guarding you chin properly, I train only boxing therefore I'm good at punching. I KO'ed you in the first round with an uppercut to the face before your kicks could hurt me.😂

I put up a good fight and knocked sensei seth out to the ground because I was able to predict his kicks and kick his supporting leg, I was able to close up the distance by blocking his punches and at the same time striking with my elbow with just one arm and i was able to dodge, block and punch at the same time to his his body and head
the low kick got me good

Hey, don't underestimate a good old virtual spar with the Sethmeister. Maybe this is the preparation that will finally win him the belt. This is the training he didn't know he needed. Some people hit a BOB, but only a chosen few can land on Sensei Seth.

I keep hyper extending your knee, you definitely would have got me with a few kicks and upper cuts, we'd have fun but this straight on is killing me we'd be circling for sure and cutting angles.

It’s the best time to get into it if you want to be a fighter in it it’s good for conditioning and fitness so go for it :)
