Can I use averaged fix to create a network of benchmarks if say for example I need to survey an 800km road?
What would the expected RMSE of each benchmark be if I averaged for 30 minutes each and they were 50km apart from each other?

Hi there! Sure, you can. If you need absolute accuracy, the first point should be averaged with corrections from the NTRIP service.
Regarding RMSE, we can't predict it as it depends not only on the characteristics of our devices. Baseline affection can be calculated using the positioning specs: store.emlid.com/product/reachrs2/.

Hi Adam, in the meantime you can enter base position in WGS84. We plan to add more CRS soon.

hi, Is an offset of 10-15m possible using the average single mode accumulating for 2min or is it to much given your knowledge of the emilid RS2 ?

Hi Luc! Usually, the absolute accuracy should be within a few meters for the Average Single mode but it all depends on the observational quality and the averaging time.

try developing applications for post processing, such as leica with LGO, trimble with TBC and others, I think RTKLIB is less powerful
