How to get to level 100 smithing in 3 minutes:
Step 1: spend 10 hours mining iron.
Krešimir Cindrić I personally wait til my potion loop is established, make a smithing ring and upgrade one item to hit level 100 smithing. a lot easier. plus you Max out a few other skills in the process, plus secure infinite level ups.
Krešimir Cindrić Not really dude....you could just dupe the iron ores....you should have a follower...then throw the ores on the ground, make the follower pick them up, change map(for eg enter a Hold) then come back...ESO has a guide to dupe items....its still works(unless you have the unofficial patch mod)
Just buy it then
Krešimir Cindrić SEE EVEN EVEN YOU AGREE
wtf. thanks.
So..
Gather 1300 iron ore
Cast transmute 2600 times
Smelt 650 gold ingots
Use the forge 650 times to make 1300 gold rings
Sell them 20 at a time to 65 different merchants...
And you have 3 minutes starting... Now, GO!
Sums up the logic of this video perfectly

USEFUL TIP!! When a merchant runs out of gold, you can just quicksave, punch him, load save, and his inventory and gold will have reset.
You can also get the Aetherial Crown, put the lover stone on it in combo with the warrior stone and get a 35% bonus + the 10% from well rested for a 45% total experience bonus.
There's also a follower glitch. Go to main gate at whiterun where you drop an item from your inventory, tell you follower to pick it up, leave whiterun through the gate and come back in. Your follower will have the item in their inventory and there will be a duplicate on the floor when the follower picked it up from.
I did this exploit/glitch to level smithing by duplicating gold ingots and enchanting by duplicating grand soul gems. Make rings, then enchant the rings, then sell them, even more money lol
Punch him! Haha nice
Along with gold resetting, if a blacksmith runs out of iron ore do the same process and it will reset.
thx 😀
@@joeyg6763 you strike a blacksmith to reset their gold too?
What I found pretty useful is that as soon as you reach smithing level 30 (I think?) and can make dwemer armor you can collect scrap metal in dwemer ruins, melt them to bars and make dwemer armor with them. It might take a number of trips to the ruins because those things can be ridiculously heavy but you'll definitely make money in the process (and I'd like to think it's still quicker than having to mine and transmute 1300 iron ores)
@@nyalakurta5329 Definitely. If I remember correctly another issue was that the blacksmiths run out of money really quickly so you'll be stuck with a bunch of armor before you can finally get rid of it all lol.
You can force a companion to take more items when they are fully loaded
thllyou can also do a quest that gives you a passive ability, that when when wearing a full dwarves armour set, increases your smithing

lol I was about to post this same comment. So true.
It takes over an hour to do including mining all the iron ore
AverageDoggo oh yeah this is big brain time
He meant for the ending when you actually do it
No ones talking about how he has some mod that makes him gain smithing exp from turning ore to ingots (that doesnt happen in vanilla skyrim)
It’s ars Metallica
Not only that but he's talking about how the value of gold ore/ingots is 50/100 gold but that's not what you can sell it for even if you have speech perks, you get maybe half the actual value
Yeah I know
ESO is just a dog shit click bait RUclipsr
I'd share some tips about mining and smithing:
- Mining with dual wield pickaxes and power attacking is faster than using only 1. This is also effective because one power attack hits the ore vein 3 times (in the case of iron ore, it will give 1 ore/power attack) and since every ore has 9 hitpoints, it perfectly uses those swings.
- If you want to directly get your hands on gold ores and make gold currency from it, then I recommend the Kolskeggr mine. It's a rich gold mine, that is to the east of Markarth (not the direction to Whiterun). It's filled with forsworn who are tough enemies, especially the forsworn birar heart inside the mine. I do not recommend clearing it at a low level. Stack up on potions and decrease the difficulty if you have to.
- When cleared, you will have 30-40 gold ores, each having the weight of 1, and many gems. If you're over encumbered, there's a smelter outside the mine, where you can craft 15-20 gold ingots (2 ores = 1 ingot, ingots have the weight of 1 as well) to help fast travel to preferred blacksmith. At a forge, you can make a lot of jewellery which increase the smithing skill quite a lot, they can also be enchanted and are valuable.
Mines reset every 10 days, so Kolskeggr mine becomes more of a chore. You can use this time to mine ores from different places, loot dwemer ruins etc. If you're desperately in need of high smithing, or just go on an adventure like usual to level up through combat skills and put those skill points into smithing.
Bruh, the video is 4 yrs old my guy, I'm pretty sure everyone following this video will do that 😂💀
Kolskeggr gives 54 ore if you count the 3 on the table at the end 👌🏾
I just spam the make nails it's so easy to level up that way
You can also park your horse by the cave or mine entrance so you can fast travel after completing the dungeon. When you’re overencumbered in the cave/mine/dungeon just use duel daggers heavy attack and you use minimal stamina to cover a good amount of distance each attack. That way you aren’t at a snail’s pace throughout the whole area. Also the shout to move forward with the talos blessing and the talos necklace is pretty good for covering distance quickly.
@@tricky8397 You want to learn something I personally never heard about until six months back? Try "Block Bashing" with a Pickaxe. Go head. Equip just a Pickaxe, block, and then rapid fire that attack button. Absolutely the fastest mining method I have ever seen. Ranks right up there with using the Block Runner perk while Sneaking. Gold Rings and Iron Daggers are great to get 100 Enchanting while you increase smithing. BUT making Dwarven Arrows is much better for the later Smithing levels. You’re already getting the Atherium Crown for the bonus boost so you get a ton of dwarven metal for arrows while doing the quest. I found it much easier than looking around for iron
I know I am 2 years late but its sctually, dwarven bows that make you level up fast, not arrows. The dwarven metal at Tel Mythrin and a tower outside Markarth (forgot the name) will respawn every 9 in game days. So just use the to farm dwarven metal and to eventually get 100 smithing. But it will take more than 3 minutes.

keep playing Skyrim I like ur vids lol
Luv u so much grandma
Since nobody has told you, the best way to level up enchanting is to enchant any weapons with the “Banish” enchant. Set the slider all the way to the right, because you gain more XP for higher value created item. I personally just use iron daggers and whichever soul gems I can get, however any weapon/soul gem combo works. Since that enchantment is worth the most, even iron daggers can be worth well into the thousands. Hope this helps!
@@thesuperbslidewhistler312 That is a good tip. However, if one is using the above Gold Rings method, that isn't going to help. "Fortify Sneak" seems to be the way to go in this situation. Unless there is a more valuable enchantment that I haven't unlocked yet, of course. Edit: "Fortify Carry Weight" seems to be the next highest of what I have. Useful once Enchant has been maxed out and you can add a second Enchantment and you're only doing this for the money.
Get the blood thorn dagger.
Go into a Dwemer ruin that contains more mechanical enemies than falmer.
Muder things with bloodthorn.
Bloodthorn has a special version of the soul trap enchantment that also works on Dwemer machines.
Farm soulgems and souls down there.
Make dwarfen weapons.
Enchant them using the soul gems from the Dwemer ruins.
Repeat

For this to level up each skill faster I switch between the applicable standing stones. A little more time consuming, but faster leveling which is useful for character builds that may not necessarily use those specific areas very much.
What I recommend you do first after your get all the ore you need is go to the guardian stones and turn on mage stone and do the transmuting at the guardian stones to so that when your done transmuting you can just switch to warrior stone then start smithing
That’s… a solid idea
or use the aetherial crown to equip both if you have the DLC
You’re a boss!
Yeah coz when u start u get low magicka, and can only use transmute with one hand which makes all the progress lot slower, activate mage stone trains ur alteration and then put points to ur magicka and get apprentice perk on alteration so u can use both hand. It will make ur transmitting a lot faster. Once u done u can just switch to warrior stone and start smithing.

Thanks for this video! I usually just leveled up smithing with arrows, but this is a fun new way to try!
This is a nice cycle, mate, but it takes a bit longer than 3 minutes. Click bait is uncool, but thanks for the tip anyway.
Only 3 minutes! First, source iron ore by traveling all over the map to buy it from merchants in quantities of no more than a couple at a time, or by swinging a stick at a rock until they fall out. Repeat this nearly FOURTEEN HUNDRED TIMES. Then, cast a spell, waiting an hour each time to replenish magika, for enough time to progress your in-game calendar the equivalent of two months to turn all of that into silver ore. Repeat, for a second in-game equivalent of 56 days 8 hours + casting time for gold ore. Smelt your gold ore into 676 gold ingots. Now, after only that BRIEF setup, fire through and create 1352 gold rings to ROCKET your smithing from 15-100 in only 3 minutes!!! SO EASY!!

Biofamous525 dude its a prime example of click bait. Trying to defend it is just silly.
Biofamous525 did you really copy and paste this in every fucking comment?
Biofamous525, yes it says level up smithing in 3 minutes, but as long as you have enough materials and can spam buttons fast enough, you can get to level 1-100 smithing if you ONLY count the time spent actually crafting. But here's the thing, when you make a guide saying "Smithing to level 100 in 3 minutes" that means the ENTIRE process is suppose to take 3 minutes, not a few hours of set up. Also, even if you have iron, the time it takes to transmute it will be way longer than 3 minutes, so even if you have iron it wont be 3 minutes. Also, he says you can do this at the start of the game, but that's false since it's literally impossible to acquire that much iron at the start of the game, or at the very least by the time you do you wont be at the start of the game anymore (in terms of level you wont be at the start at least, if you focus on doing this at the start you will probably still be at the start of the storyline).

I've used this method a ton of times, ever since 2012. But it certrainly takes no 3 minutes xD The main problem is not even mining as some seem to think. But the fkn transmute. It takes 2 transmutes for every ore, and you have to wait between each if you're not maxed out on alteration spell cost reduction(which no lvl 1 is going to be without cheating). Combined, this will take about 15 seconds per cast, 2 casts per ore. Which means 50 ores will take about 25 minutes at a minimum, if you have the patience to stand there and spam grind it. 100 will take 50 min, at least(probably more like 1.5 hrs). And if you at all care about ingame time, know that Alduin will have grown waiting for you by the time you show up, and his dragons probably burned down Tamriel already.
But at least you got to 100 in smithing, got some gold, and leveled up alteration a tad. Yay?
Do the dragons actually fuck everything up while the ingame time has passed?
@@24ozz no
Yea, but it wouldn't be a youtube video without a deceptive title. You should see my making money IN JUST 30 SECONDS in real life video!
Step 1. When you start working around 18, make sure to invest a portion of every check into stocks.
Step 2. Work consistently until around age 65 or 70, having done step 1 the entire time.
Step 3. You can go to withdraw all the money you have accumulated through your investments, and once you have started taking the steps to withdraw your money, in just 30 SECONDS, you can write the amount of that money you wish to withdraw, and you GET RICH FAST!
This channel is amazing and informative.
One mistake in this video is that when you use the smelter in skyrim it doesn't level up smithing.... he's using mods for that...
Leon Aston yes it does I've been playing skyrim for years and it does the same thing and i have a console with no mods
Biofamous525 I've been playing skyrim for years as well... i play console with no mods and when i use the smelter to convert gold ore into gold ingots i do not gain any experience in smithing
he probably uses the unofficial patch as it seems he thinks everyone uses that mod since in the archery video he even mentioned that you had to uninstall the mod for it to work, not IF you have it but straight up "you have to ununstall the mod but you can reinstall it later"
asgth th everyone should use the patch
Square Chin Boi yeah it does
Still trying to figure out how to do this in 3 minutes in 2019
Sebastian C same.
You can't you will run out of iron ore before you even get close it's just a joke
~Restoration Loop~ boom!
Same, but in 2020 now
@Jimmy Strudel ?🧐
At higher levels, you can increase Enchanting, Smithing, Alteration, and Speech using this method for basically free infinite levels. Why higher levels specifically? Once you've mastered Enchanting the first time, you can make a set of four/five magic equipment to give you infinite magika in one (or two) spell school. (I like to use Collage Robes, Gold/Emerald Circlet, Gold/Diamond Ring, and Gold/Diamond Necklace at just over 25% each, and maybe a Falmer Helmet or Pentus Oculatus Helmet if the max is 20% each. Then just equip 'Outfit of Reduce Alteration Magika Cost 100%', re-set enchanting, take out your 500-to-1000-ish Iron Ores and Filled Soul Gems (each), and have a go at it. If you're not too worried about money, just sell everything all in one sitting to a single merchant, you'll still get the experience, just not the gold to match.
for me is 5 golden ores to one golden ingot... they change the amount ?
no what the heck lmao that’s crazy expensive
I used your guide to get the transmute spell and raided every iron mine, I now have 83 gold bars. All I need now is to get my speechcraft up to investor level!
Two vids at once ?! Amazing
Wow man good video! 💪🏻👌🏼👌🏼
I combined this with the item replication exploit to have unlimited gold ore. This means I can do it all the way to 100, after just going to halted stream. With the Blacksmith near Breezehome, Lydia round back and the warrior stone, I'll be rolling in rings.
That’s brilliant
How do I duplicate
@@lilheart3736 there's videos for it. But the gist is this:
Have a follower in Whiterun ordered to wait in an isolated spot near the gate. Drop the item(s) you wish to replicate in front of them (sometimes not all are duplicated, you just have to try again). Order the follower pick up the items, then sprint through the gate. Immediately re-enter Whiterun. You should see the items on the ground, and also in your follower's inventory.
@@lilheart3736 - Make a save before starting it. Once you done saving, have your companion wait near front gate to whiterun (or any walled city, I use whiterun). Drop all the gold ingots you have. Command your companion (not to follow, just command them action) to pick up items. Once done, exit the city via through front gate and load back in. You should see all your items on ground and in the companion’s inventory this doubling your resources. Rinse and repeat the process for more gold ingots. Pro tip: you can duplicate Flawless Diamonds too and make gold diamond rings which effectively levels your smithing even faster than dwarven bows.
Enjoy.
@@Haystack316 oh thank you I’ve had troubles duplicating none of my item ever duplicate idk what’s wrong
for enchanting the rings, fortify sneak raises the price the most, then fortify two handed/one handed are second place, and the more expensive the object is, the more your enchanting skill goes up, and you can sell them as well obviously.
these videos really make me want to play skyrim again
Hey ur videos are really helpful so thanks
I sooo wish I knew this in the past.... I would do the Iron dagger version. This method is fast and profitable I love that. Great vid man
Playing skyrim in Nintendo Switch and this process took me 3 Days lol
I just did a quick duplication glitch
In 3 minutes? Excuse me?! It takes more than that just to gather all the ore let alone transmuting and then crafting
Vladislavs Pastuhovs ya but once you start crafting and you have the right supplies it only takes 3 minutes
The Glass Warrior II in that case you can also defeat Alduin in 1 minute with just doing previous quests.
This is actually really smart . I work a lot and recently decided to do a smith mod. Got the one where it lets you smith , then turn something back into an ingot. Just did that a bunch lol
So helpful!!! Thank you!!
