I just found your channel today and I have binged watched a lot of your videos this night! I just got my doula certification (Puerto Rico) but I wish you could share how you do your prenatals! I am very frustrated cuz there is so much to share that i Dont know how many prenatals to do and what to include in them that is "doula related" and not almost a "Birthing class" . I am a nurse so is super hard for me to not go into "Birthing class" for my prenatals. I wish I could have a talk with you. Big hug and thank you!
good question! so the placenta itself is only about 1-2 pounds and has no bones so in comparison to pushing out a baby the pain is not as bad but is uncomfortable. Also your body is still having contractions and the vagina usually is pretty swollen.

I have been super duper moody and emotional for the last month and my boyfriend was wondering why. I said I really don’t know then he asked me does he thinking I’m pregnant I said it’s possible and I am. I hope I can be a good mom.
