Nice foggy cool north eastern morning. We work 50/50 out doors in our job. Years back, while working out side on a beautiful late fall Moring the woman with me kind a griped a little about out assigned task. I had to stop her and explained. "Dear we are working out doors on a beautiful morning. We were assigned this task, no bosses over our shoulder. We work at our pace, as long as the task is completed all is good" The kicker was I asked "where are all your friends working right now?" " in an office cubical some place." She though a bit then agreed and said I had put in the perfect perspective. "We really got a cool job!" she said. Yup!
@@nigelparker5886 - I don’t think Jade is haughty. She may be shy. She may be indifferent to being on camera. She may be entertaining herself and then sitting back and chuckling at all the responses.
@@jimmyjenkins9240 You may well be right sir! Only time will tell eh? Lovely family it would seem and all being the individuals that they should be! And whilst this family unit remains the business it is, we may be privileged to see the two front of house players develop their own characteristics in this acting out role that they have chosen to put on public display for our indulgence! Cheers
So glad to see a young woman who understands the true blessing of not being able to keep products in stocks. That is the hallmark of a successful business.
LCLY: Just thought of something for you to sell on your website ! Wood Coffee Thermos! Turn a nice Cherry or Maple block of wood on a Lathe to the fit the outside diameter of the Coffee Thermos. Slide the Steel Thermos into the turned wood piece, and glue in place. I bet they would be a good seller with Lumber Capital Log Yard engraved on the wood!
Good job horsing that procrastinated log up on deck and turning it in to some useful lumber Emerald and Jade! Thanks to Grandpa for a tweak or two to the LT40. Thanks for sharing. Blessings and be safe! 😊
Give the customers what they want and they will be back for more! These girls are truly a blessing to us older folks that there is still hope for the younger generation! They are our future! Been watching these girls and their parents throughout the year. Loved their summer attire but fall is here and it shows. Stay safe ,healthy and happy you girls and all who watch! From south jersey.
Good morning I hope you had a good weekend too. what an interesting video again. it was also cold here it has also frozen here in the Netherlands. and nice to see you pretty ladies working so hard. enjoy your day 😘🤠🍁🇳🇱
In find it so interesting that the troubled log was rated at 125 board feet and the much larger (it seems) log from last week that had rotten at the core was only 60 board feet. It seems like this is an honest operation who know quality lumber is and wouldn't sell inferior lumber even if they could. Kudos to Lumber Capital Log Yard and their ethics. Their operation screams doing business the right way leads to things like not being able to keep products in stock and the amazing work ethic of the entire family.
I do enjoy the videos. There is a wannabe entrepreneur within me. I also enjoy reading the comments. The comments I find entertaining are the ones directed at Jade and her eye looks, lack of smiling, etc. Jade, you be you. I smh at the comments of a modelling agency calling. Modelling of any kind is the last thing I would recommend. If not the family business, I am thinking a career in engineering, chemistry, business, data science, etc.
The seasons are changing up there in the mountains and the frost and fog roll on in. At least the sun finally appears to burn off that fog and warm it up a little. The dynamic duo doing their thing on the LT40. Love how you and Jade work together. Great job on milling the gnarly pine and getting some useful boards out of it. Good to see grandpa make a cameo appearance. Great vid Emerald.
Team work, in unison. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😎😎😎🤗🤗🤗😇😉😉😉 I liked watching you 2 girls get off balance everytime you went to jack that log, there for awhile the log was winning!!! It was nice seeing wider 1- by's come off the mill . I wondered is your clientele list of viewers still holding, or are they dropping off??? And ya, its starting to get a little more Chilly!!! What's the Forecast Girls???????
That cold weather around the corner is what I hate the most and I work indoors. To work on a mill or in the woods during winter must be brutal. That huge log was impressive the way you girls handled it , nice job.
The serene music seems fitting for a foggy morning at the mill. The de-barker was out of whack again, eh? Looks like Grandpa took care of it. That gnarly looking pine log sure is beautiful on the inside! Those were great looking boards coming out of that log.
Young ladies doing a Great Job !!.. your parents must be really proud of your work and channel. After a stressful day, I look forward to watching some wood get cut.
The smell of pine wood shavings is a much-desired odour for animal husbandry. It's used as a nice and welcoming smell in the stalls where you have pigs or chickens. Nice to see the pine wood cut into boards and planks.
I was at the Paul Bunyan show , still trying to absorb all the eguipment they have . When I got to the Wood mizer tent it didn't look rite without Em. and Jade !
You young ladies can handle any job at the mill good for you keep it up hopefully you can inspire other young people to do the same . Work is only as hard as you make it and you all make it look easy. thanks for the videos cant wait for the next one.
I really love to watch you all struggling with the logs but enough is enough. If you will elevate the outer part of the deck the logs roll on leading to the mill so it slopes downhill a few inches the logs will roll to the mill much easier going down hill.
‘Em you never mention the debarker that takes the bark and dirt off ahead of the blade. I had a mill similar to yours. It didn’t have that attachment. My biggest problem in running that mill was dull blades. I didn’t have a grandpa to sharpen my blades for me either. I had to send them out to sharpen. What a nuisance. You are so lucky to have it
Have you guys considered putting up a open shed or stalls for the fresh cut wood or a kiln drier? Both are easily built . Then you could have low moisture wood ,it would open the business up to new clients.
Love yall. Watch every video yall need to be proud of yalls work ethic because I've just retired I was a lumber grader and sawyer since 1975. Circle saws and band saws. Yall be SAFE!
Hard working supermodels Jade and Em
Capturing the morning fog was a good shot. So was the close up of that crane operation.
Smile, Jade! 🙂
Martin Gauffin...perfect for the vid! Nice marriage of visual and sound.
The 1950's called and said they need that pine log for some good sized pine boards.
Whoa... Jade, those eyes 👀 at 4 minutes into the video...😳
All's good my dear...👍
Two fine young ladies doing a great job...👏
every time Jade looks at the camera,it reminds me of that Motly Crue song; She's got the looks that Kill! wouldnt want her mad at me !
2:57.......girl power !!
4:01.......Jade's look, those eyes.
Well you folks have reached a mile stone congratulations. 150, 000.
havnt missed an upload and never skip ads.. your channel is golden
The charming ladies at the lumber capital log yard kicking butt and sawing logs
You did very nice job I am so proud of you two girls working together as a team partner together see you soon
Looks like another beautiful day in paradise! Be safe.
Yes sir, Boss Man.😊
Thanks for your time and video ❤
Girls always so serious, so courageous !
My girls. Boss Man.
Logging and milling is tough work. Respect.
Of all the problems a business can have, selling fast and running low on inventory is one of the better ones.
The coffees knot a bad thing on a cold morning Have a great day ladies ☕️👍
As my youngest daughter would say “looks kinda froggy out there”.😂 Love it when Jade cuts those pretty eyes of hers! 😄
Keep yourself warm with the sippedee-sips of coffee! Reminds me to make some! Ha! Thank you so much :D
Emerald gets me all twitterpated, as usual, and I'd like to see the beautiful Jade smile more often. Good work young ladies - and Gramps!
Oh to be that age again!!! I don't want to go back in time but to feel invincible was fun while it lasted😂🇺🇸
4.06 Jade cutting her eyes to the camera
Jade needs to create a signature stare when she breaks the fourth wall. 🤪😁🤣
For a split second I thought I was in trouble.

I like the tarantinoesque angles of your footage.
I liked the "side eye“ from Jade at 4:00 🙄
Its relaxing watching those ladies work. Keep up the good work. 👍
Despite her usual casual indifference, we got a side eye glance from Jade at about 4:00. :-))
So, is she shy or somewhat haughty? Great character lurking in there eh?

It's amazing that you keep getting better every day. Frost! It will be over 90 here this week. Bundle up stay warm. Stay sweet👍❤️
You got a touch...!
Amazing job, all of you!
Thanks for sharing 👍!
👍🐺🧙♂️!!
Justin @ Wood-Mizer Georgia here nice video!
It might have been kind of chilly in the morning, but I love this time of year.
Good work and looking lovely ladies
If the bandsaw blade does not cut perhaps you can use Jade's side eye glance! That looks like it could cut through steel!
I caught that also and your right....(it’s at 4:00 those eyes 👀)
🤭🧐
Wow. Boss Man.
Killer Eyes😊
But she does it with such beauty!
Jade 4:00 LOL
Thanks!
Wow. Thank you. Boss Man.
Nicely done Ladies. The Jewels doing their Job!
4:00 mean mug by Jade! ;)
A very good Tuesday morning to you all from Wellington Somerset in the uk

Good to see Grandpa ....
I bet there is a ton of knowledge that he has accumulated in his life time
I don't know who's doing the videoing and editing but your doggone good at it.
Fantastic!🌷
Amen to that ladies, that’s what life is all about kicking butt every single day! 🤘🏼

I love fog in the morning. Here in MI we have yet to have our first frost but I expect it soon.
