its 2024 , this video was posted 16 years ago in 2008... the video and audio quality is not good by todays standards... and it matters ZERO...i love this song and have watched every cover ive ever found on youtube... this is def in my top 3 ..... great job guys and thanks !
This has been my favourite Blues tune ever since I first heard the Houndog Taylor version back in the 70's. Since then many good versions, some slightly better than others. It's hard to call the best version, but this version is in the Top 3. Excellent work guys.
@Commander Thorkil J. Amundsen Thanks for the comment - each to their own my brother. Maybe try the Jamey Johnson version on the Elmore James tribute album "Strange Angels". Anyway, keep on rockin'.
Yep. The song was written by Hudson Whittaker (aka Tampa Red). However, Elmore James released it as well and is commonly associated with the song. Thanks for the comment.
of all the covers for this song i listened to on youtube, this one is the best so far. good job guys! i'll soon be adding my own version to that song, please check it out and rate it!

Its a great song, acoustic or electric, but I’ll take Clapton’s version.

Not bad at all for two white guys belting out a Elmore James tune!
It's funny to see white people keep originally black music alive.
