    People are wicked! That’s definitely BAD customer service! Some of these salons think that they can treat customers any old type of way.

    A shame. That is the reason i started back doing my own re-tightening. People will see your locs need repairing and wont say a word. Some are out for the money and getting you in and out the seat… on to the next client. A bunch of BS
    Its good you took a class and learned how to do them. Good luck to whomever gave you poor service. Sad to say its everywhere.

      It was a shame, I was out done. first you take my money without giving me a service then tell me it's going to be 20% more. Not on my watch. LOL!!! Thanks.

    I cannot stand poor customer service. I have stopped using services or buying products from companies that gave me poor customer service. I am glad you did not stand for it. I want to buy black but I will not spend my money at places that do not value me as a customer.

    You were way better than me. But that’s why you are blessed. They just lost money, new customers & free advertising! That is good to know. Thank you.     Thanks for sharing, but if your not going to say the name at least go to the BBB so they have a complaint on file for the customer that will look into their customer service before going.

    I'm so glad you made another video. However, I hate that you had to experience that. What tool did you use to retie your locs? Your locs really flourishing.

      Thank you! I used the Sisterlock tool. But when I got to the back I used the o-locking tool I got from Amazon because it was easier.

    Well it came out nice! Sorry some people don’t or won’t give great customer service. I dislike the mentality of people being money hungry to someone else’s detriment.

    Girl!!!!! I know you were heated!! That salon/loctician was trippin!! That was very u professional and I would not have paid them another penny either. I'm glad you were able to do your hair though. :)
