A shame. That is the reason i started back doing my own re-tightening. People will see your locs need repairing and wont say a word. Some are out for the money and getting you in and out the seat… on to the next client. A bunch of BS Its good you took a class and learned how to do them. Good luck to whomever gave you poor service. Sad to say its everywhere.

I cannot stand poor customer service. I have stopped using services or buying products from companies that gave me poor customer service. I am glad you did not stand for it. I want to buy black but I will not spend my money at places that do not value me as a customer.

Thanks for sharing, but if your not going to say the name at least go to the BBB so they have a complaint on file for the customer that will look into their customer service before going.

People are wicked! That’s definitely BAD customer service! Some of these salons think that they can treat customers any old type of way.

Thank you! I used the Sisterlock tool. But when I got to the back I used the o-locking tool I got from Amazon because it was easier.
