What an awesome day except Cody leaving. 28 miles, Fresh Ground, slack packing and family. Cody, you did awesome and it was super great to see the power team back together. Not only for the hiking, but bc you have a great time and are hysterical together. Lots of great things packed in 1 day. Thanks for sharing. 😊
Yeah, I always pass by on 81 need to check out some of that area sometime. Just day-hiked James River north though, just absolutely loved it, Best sitting log I've ever known!
I’m from Vermont and some say “Aunt” and some say Ant. I only had one aunt that I addressed and we all said Ant. That is a good analogy “ants crawl on the ground”
Either pronunciation is correct. The Ant version is listed first in the dictionary for what it’s worth. I’ve heard the Ahnt version used most often in the N. East.
I just watched the 4 state challenge from 2 years ago. What a team effort! You were obviously freaked out by your head injury but you toughed it out and made it. Proud of you! Are you going to try the challenge this year? I hope so. 👏👏👏👏
Hi - really like your channel and your gear list - can you ID your trail running pack when you have a moment - like the additional front pockets on it - TY
Couldn’t talk Cody into a flip-flop? He could finish at Katahdin with you. Od did that 4 letter word (work) get in the way? Good seeing you both hiking together.
You are rocking the AT !!! Question , what gear store did you buy your blue sun shirt ? You mentioned in the video the town , which I forget , which has two gear shops. I want to get one. The color looks so pretty on you !
I’ve followed many a hikers. From rough necks to military stif necks. From oldies to young’ns. From vegans to stoners. I can say for sure I relate better with the folks that live snickers and will whip a donut out at all hours of the day 😂
Hi Dudette... Quick question... How does the trail magic thing work..do they charge money ..or is it a donation thing..or just tip them when your done ???
It was so great to see you on the trail with Taylor again, love watching y’all. I love how Taylor just lights up and laughing so much having a blast when she has her hiking buddy with her 😊
I’ve been asking the same question about myself for years. I think some of us have such strong personalities that we bend the light differently, like stars do. The unusually impacted light causes anomalies in the lens that can’t yet be compensated for by even the most modern image capture technology. I compensate for these anomalies by capturing images from the sternum up. Sometimes awkward, but effective. Now, where did I put that snickers bar?
Taylor, you're amazing.
Hannah!!! I love her!!
nice you ran into Typical and Ole Big Willy Dog again !!!! The trail is so cool like that!! whoop!
Congrats on a 28 mile day and passing 1/3 the way to Katahdin; awesome.
That 1/3 sign was a beauty! You have exceptionally strong trail legs; you are doing great. So fun to see you with Cody :) Happy Happy
Way!! 28 miles in one day. That’s majorly impressive. You’re doing so great!

crushing it, with ease and fun along the way ... :)
Looks like a great day of hiking. Lots of trail magic. I know you hate for Cody to leave and your Mom. Safe travels.
The sign struggle was funny, as was the attractive trash can, etc. 🚶♀️🚶🏻♂️👍🏻🙂
I and Camping this weekend and it's raining, but I am catching up on your videos laying in my tent. Keep on hiking
Happy to see you have such a great day! May you have many more.
28 miles thats great
I am SO enjoying this journey! I look forward to seeing your other videos- my first one was your most recent Monadnock/Sunapee Greenway hike.

What a great day on the AT!
Hike on.
Love that part of the trail! Being from Va I have spent a lot of time up there! Still no bears? Very unusual! Be safe!

Awesome...you did great. Thanks
Great vid Taylor!❤️⛺️🏔️🙏🏻
Congratulations.
Beautiful flowers
Having moved to NH from VA, I can attest to how much more challenging the trail is up north.
Great miles Taylor!! You rock!!
ONWARD!!!!
Rockstar !! Got to witness a 28 day hike that you did ! Keep on Trekking ❤️Auntie Nance
Love the way you say 'aunt' , I assume that's the New England accent
I’m from PA, and say Aunt the same way. My mom always said that Ants crawl on the ground!

@@mjperkolator8854 To my ear it sounds like she's saying 'ornt'
agree

Another great day! (except for chores at the end of a long day)
It was good to see Cody hike with you one more time. 🙂 9:02 Gorgeous! Rest well Nahamsha ✌️

Great video! I bet it was a treat not having backpack on.
Hey Taylor, awesome mileage day!
What is the brand and model etc of your day pack there you used for slackpack day? Didn't see it in your gear list?
I was wondering the same thing! I really like that running vest. Please let us know🙏🏼
“Picnic table? Sweet”
You can tell she’s just having the best time
At 6:20 looks like a fox running down the road below you! Anyone else see and think that?
Never mind. I think it's a limb!
New Hampshire girls are hiking warriors....
Even Bigfoots stay away from Taylor...Grrr...You go Taylor...!!

Good seeing you both hiking together.
I live I CA but grew up in NH. Enjoying your journey. Watching every episode. Confused about your husband living in Ohio and not NH.
@yankeedale Hi! Cody actually isn’t her husband. Her husband is Chet and lives in NH! Cody is her trail (and I’m sure, life) BFF
@@annaatchison thank you for clarifying! I appreciate it!!
What running pack is that?

I forget the name of the shop, it was in Damascus. The brand is outdoor research, and the link is in the description if you wanted to order it online
@@TaylortheNahamshaHiker Thank you so much for getting back to me ! I look forward to your videos every day !
Olive garden is yummy
Taylor is well into her groove. What a fun day🌻👣

Little southbound action huh???? interesting
It made sense to get dropped off up north and hike back to Daleville. That where the hotel was
@@TaylortheNahamshaHiker me and my Scouts were just up there. Pretty section.
Why does it seem like FreshGounds is following you along the trail? Or maybe that's his regular route? Love your videos.
Got me wondering. Maybe just a fortuitous coincidence, but I've never seen anyone sync up three times.
He gets a lot of hikers multiple times. He made a special visit when cody was visiting to reunite
@@TaylortheNahamshaHiker So, he arranged to find you guys?
You don’t have a headlamp?
I didn't have anything with me that day besides food and water

I've only seen 1 that did
Hi Dudette... Quick question... How does the trail magic thing work..do they charge money ..or is it a donation thing..or just tip them when your done ???
No fee, donation or tip., it's just people wanting to help hikers
@@TaylortheNahamshaHiker Wow...sweet...so kind...thank you and big fan for years now..learn so much
